KKonggangsimayanI was impressed by the hotel I stayed at recently. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was attracted by its elegant environment. The lobby is modern and chic, with soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the quick and efficient check-in process made me feel at home.
My room is located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room is elegant and practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to have a good dream every night. The facilities in the room are also very modern, including smart TV, high-speed wireless network and spacious bathroom, which add a lot of convenience to my stay.
The hotel's catering service is also satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety, with fresh fruits and breads, as well as hot coffee and tea, which meets all my breakfast needs. For dinner, I tried the specialty restaurant in the hotel. The dishes are unique and the dishes are exquisitely presented, which made me enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.

Maybe because it is a newly opened hotel, the breakfast soy milk machine was not adjusted properly, and the sweet soy milk I chose turned out to be water. I checked in late at night and saw that the coffee machine and table in the lobby were in a mess and no one had cleaned them upâŚ

GGuest UserPretty good! I booked for two nights and then extended for another. I visited during the off-season, so the room rate was very affordable. I booked the cheapest room, and they kindly upgraded us, which was wonderful. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, providing us with unlimited bottled water, and their service was prompt. The hotel was renovated two years ago, so everything is relatively new, cozy, and comfortable. The area nearby is quite bustling with plenty of food options; the small shops downstairs all serve delicious food. It's also convenient to get to all the tourist attractions by taxi.
There were a couple of minor downsides, though. First, the bathroom drain had a bad odor, mainly because the toilet's plumbing wasn't properly installed during construction. Also, the soundproofing was just average. I booked two rooms next to each other and could hear my family talking, even recognizing their voices. However, since there were no other guests staying next to us, it wasn't really an issue.

3320043****The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian.

The furniture is very well-maintained, the wooden tables and chairs have a great texture, and the carpet and chandelier really add to the ambiance.
