The lobby is modern and chic, with soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the quick and efficient check-in process made me feel at home.
My room is located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room is elegant and practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to have a good dream every night. The facilities in the room are also very modern, including smart TV, high-speed wireless network and spacious bathroom, which add a lot of convenience to my stay.

Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. JJCF6866Having just checked out, I couldn't wait to write this review. I need to express my warmest thanks to Home Inn (Dream Valley Store) for the incredibly thoughtful experience they provided – especially for their heartwarming assistance during a heavy rainstorm in Hengdian.
On the evening of June 27th, 2025, a sudden downpour hit as we were leaving the Bund scenic area, leaving my elderly parents and children stranded. After nearly 40 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to hail a taxi or rideshare, and in my growing desperation, I contacted the Home Inn Business Hotel (Dream Valley Store) where we were staying.
Upon hearing our predicament, the front desk attendant, Xiao Zhu, immediately and unhesitatingly promised to help. Just one minute later, she called back with amazing news: 'The hotel manager is on his way, driving his personal car to pick you up!'
Eighteen minutes later, the manager arrived in the pouring rain. He immediately put us at ease with his warm and reassuring demeanor. Upon our arrival back at the hotel, the front desk had warm water ready and waiting for us.
From their decisive promise, to the manager's rescue in the pouring rain, and even the thoughtful gesture of warm water, Home Inn Hengdian truly went above and beyond service, demonstrating the very best of human kindness. My deepest gratitude goes to the manager, the front desk staff, and all the employees!

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Hengdian, very close to the scenic spots. It's easy to get to Dream Valley, Qin Palace, or Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. Taking a taxi or bus is hassle-free. There are also plenty of dining options and shops nearby, with snack bars and convenience stores everywhere. It feels very safe to go out for a stroll in the evening.
The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy. The lobby is spacious and bright, which is very pleasant to see. The public areas are well-maintained and organized, not messy at all. The overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful; even though it's near scenic spots, it doesn't feel noisy.
The room is decorated very warmly; I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. The lighting is soft, and the decor is simple yet comfortable. The bedding is soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. After a day of exploring the scenic spots, lying down on the bed instantly relieved most of my fatigue. The room space is adequate, with good lighting and ventilation, and the cleanliness is excellent, even in the corners. Toiletries are complete, and the hot water is stable, making for a very comfortable stay.
The front desk staff's attitude is also excellent; check-in and check-out are quick, and they answer questions patiently. The overall value for money is high. Staying here is truly suitable for a trip to Hengdian – great location, clean environment, and a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Hengdian!

3320043****The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian.

I booked a Smart Room (Double bed), but the room is without a window. But I can not complain because the window is in the toilet. Very smart move to sell a room without out window. :)
Pepsi is a welcome drink, I like it.
The carpet is very dirty, mold under the shower, the air conditioner is very noisy, can not sleep. Poor choice of food for breakfast.
