GGuest UserHad a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hengdian! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was nice. It's located right in the center of Hengdian, so there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Definitely recommend!
The hotel is excellent, and the front desk lady provided thoughtful and comprehensive service. Breakfast was also good. I'll definitely be back next time!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China.
While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests.
From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area.
Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable.
But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip.
Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels.
All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that.
We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in homestays when I went out to play before. I accidentally saw this one. It was very close to the scenic spot and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated and booked it for one night. I didn't expect to be so satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk was very good, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and it is also suitable for adult children! The children like the small room behind the curtain very much, with independent space and a big bed! The floor heating is sufficient, and it is very warm when you enter the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Talk about the bed. I used to stay in a hotel and felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft. Compared with this homestay, the bed is firm and elastic, which meets my requirements! I slept soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try homestays in the future. It's very good! There are too few photos taken in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited and forgot to take pictures. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes walk to Dream Valley and Qin Palace, and the location is also good.

GGuest UserCame to Hengdian with my family and booked a family room and a standard room. The layout and decor were great, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful and attentive to our needs, always resolving any issues promptly. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, making it convenient to go out for meals. It was a shame it was cloudy and rainy when we arrived in Hengdian, but the accommodation experience was still very good. Worth coming back again.

GGuest UserComing to Hengdian with friends to support our idols, choosing Guomao Tower was definitely the right decision! The location is fantastic, not far from any of the film studios, just a ten-minute drive away. This means we didn't have to rush even for early morning support activities. Parking outside the hotel is convenient, and they even have EV charging stations, which was great for us since we drove an electric car.
Check-in was super efficient, and the front desk staff, both guys and girls, were really friendly. When they found out we were there for idol support, they proactively told us about good convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab late-night snacks. The room we booked was spacious and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. After a tiring day running around at the events, we could just collapse into bed and fall asleep immediately.
Breakfast offered a good variety, enough to fill us up before heading out for more support activities. The biggest surprise was how often we'd run into other fans at the hotel. We even occasionally saw staff recommending dishes that cast and crew members enjoyed, which made us feel a step closer to our idols!
The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful, without any pretense, and the value for money was excellent. Next time we come to Hengdian for idol support, we'll definitely stay here again!

JJCF6866Having just checked out, I couldn't wait to write this review. I need to express my warmest thanks to Home Inn (Dream Valley Store) for the incredibly thoughtful experience they provided – especially for their heartwarming assistance during a heavy rainstorm in Hengdian.
On the evening of June 27th, 2025, a sudden downpour hit as we were leaving the Bund scenic area, leaving my elderly parents and children stranded. After nearly 40 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to hail a taxi or rideshare, and in my growing desperation, I contacted the Home Inn Business Hotel (Dream Valley Store) where we were staying.
Upon hearing our predicament, the front desk attendant, Xiao Zhu, immediately and unhesitatingly promised to help. Just one minute later, she called back with amazing news: 'The hotel manager is on his way, driving his personal car to pick you up!'
Eighteen minutes later, the manager arrived in the pouring rain. He immediately put us at ease with his warm and reassuring demeanor. Upon our arrival back at the hotel, the front desk had warm water ready and waiting for us.
From their decisive promise, to the manager's rescue in the pouring rain, and even the thoughtful gesture of warm water, Home Inn Hengdian truly went above and beyond service, demonstrating the very best of human kindness. My deepest gratitude goes to the manager, the front desk staff, and all the employees!

GGuest UserDespite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating.
The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel.
For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi.
If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Hengdian, very close to the scenic spots. It's easy to get to Dream Valley, Qin Palace, or Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. Taking a taxi or bus is hassle-free. There are also plenty of dining options and shops nearby, with snack bars and convenience stores everywhere. It feels very safe to go out for a stroll in the evening.
The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy. The lobby is spacious and bright, which is very pleasant to see. The public areas are well-maintained and organized, not messy at all. The overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful; even though it's near scenic spots, it doesn't feel noisy.
The room is decorated very warmly; I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. The lighting is soft, and the decor is simple yet comfortable. The bedding is soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. After a day of exploring the scenic spots, lying down on the bed instantly relieved most of my fatigue. The room space is adequate, with good lighting and ventilation, and the cleanliness is excellent, even in the corners. Toiletries are complete, and the hot water is stable, making for a very comfortable stay.
The front desk staff's attitude is also excellent; check-in and check-out are quick, and they answer questions patiently. The overall value for money is high. Staying here is truly suitable for a trip to Hengdian – great location, clean environment, and a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Hengdian!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
