GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite convenient, but there are too few parking spaces and you can only park on the side of the road. Maybe because it is a newly opened hotel, the breakfast soy milk machine was not adjusted properly, and the sweet soy milk I chose turned out to be water. I checked in late at night and saw that the coffee machine and table in the lobby were in a mess and no one had cleaned them up…

GGuest User**Brushed to the temporary decision to go, the environment has not to say that green plants surround the natural oxygen bar, but many trees have bugs are uncomfortable, the room with slides children like it very much, the health is not satisfactory, usually live in a five-star hotel or there is a difference, the quilt found a lot of small black spots at night, The sound insulation is really poor. I didn’t sleep well at night. The next day’s activities were not ready. The children were disappointed. The breakfast was good. The rest of the hot spring afternoon tea was too hot and I didn’t experience it. The surrounding area was quite biased. I drove 8 kilometers to the Ping An Hotel at night. It tasted good. 👍

GGuest UserWe brought our kids to Hengdian for three days, and after comparing various options, this hotel was by far the best for families. The breakfast selection catered to both adults and children, with noodles, pastries, and local specialties. Our kids were excited to wake up early for breakfast every day. The hotel also has small animals you can feed and a mini children's play area, so the kids could entertain themselves for a long time without even leaving the premises. The room was spacious, and the two beds were enough for our family of three. The garden area was very peaceful at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep even with the little ones.

WWannengnanyouThe robot service is incredibly smart, making meal and item delivery super convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring my favorite fried eggs and bacon, along with a great variety of fresh fruit. The room was clean, bright, and stylishly furnished, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively assisting with any issues and even recommending interesting places to visit nearby. They even offered chilled sour plum soup in the summer – they truly know how to take care of their guests! I'll definitely be back!
