Very cozy rooms and very friendly hotel staff.

The location is excellent and the hotel service is very good. I brought a flower back to the hotel. The waiter put it in a vase when cleaning. It was very thoughtful.

Enjoy a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Center, ideally located close to top and high-end restaurants and within walking distance of the Dubai Mall. The design of the hotel feels like it's in New York or Chicago and I really like the atmosphere. The staff, from reception to room service, to chefs and waiters, are friendly and well-trained. I have always been impressed by the hospitality in Dubai. Special thanks to Raja at the front desk who did a great job welcoming us and showing us the hotel and rooms, she was always attentive to our needs and requests. Additionally, Chef Ali paid great attention and enthusiasm to our last breakfast at the hotel and made small touches. Thank you to the team at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Center for making my stay an unforgettable experience, I will be back soon.

Discriminating against Chinese people and inexplicably giving rooms to disabled people! Let’s see if this bathroom can be used by normal people? We booked a standard room for more than 4,000 yuan, and the red-eye flight arrived at 7 a.m., but we were given a room for disabled people without asking or being reminded or introduced. Is that respectful? When we were very tired and unpacked all our luggage and prepared to wash up, we found that the toilet was a disabled room. We no longer had the energy to pack our luggage and change rooms. The water flowed into a river after taking a shower in the toilet. The bathroom facilities in more than 4,000 rooms were rudimentary and the carpets were stained with small glass shards and stones. . After complaining, the customer service manager only said that we booked a room with barrier-free facilities. Which non-disabled person would book a room for disabled people? There is no prompt on the Ctrip booking page. What normal person would pay attention to whether this is a barrier-free room when booking a room? There is no way to complain and no result, no apology, just send some snacks, who wants you to send people away with snacks?
