Staff were friendly and welcoming. Spacious room. Very comfy and clean. Cute Christmas tree at the reception. Quite close to city centre via tram. Would recommend!

This  hotel was part of our tour stay while visiting the island. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The lobby is inviting. The room was a bit tight for 2 people and 2 suitcases. The bed was not comfortable. The dining room was extremely nice, with a well stocked breakfast buffet, including toasters for the breads. Resteraunt staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The location was good for walking or grabbing the train to visit all over Dublin. It is walking distance to Guiness Storehouse (make reservation) and Templebar.

A genuinely fantastic hotel. Great location, very close to Heuston station and the Luas right out front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly. We arrived in around mid night and even though the bar was closed they still offered to get my partner a Guinness and delivered it to the room. Room was very large and the best was AMAZING! Would highly recommend this hotel.

I've visited the bar restaurant three times in as many months. The staff are utterly inefficient.   Today, we sat for 12-14 mins trying to catch one of the guys (cleaning glasses) attention. Another patron, of which there were maybe 24/25, had enough waiting and called one over to their table. The waitress was busy dealing with counting cutlery before bringing us the wrong order. I ordered at the bar before I lost my patience altogether.   I had this poor service the previous 2 times I've visited. I'm calling it out this time as I can't say I'll be back in a hurry. Food is ok. Not bad. Not great.
