The staff was very friendly during check-in. The reception and restaurant facilities were renovated and pleasant, but the rest of the building and rooms could do with updating. Breakfast was rich and varied.

After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

The service and food were good for the price, plenty of choice and fresh. The location of the hotel is almost directly on the beach, but it is difficult to find a parking space nearby. The balcony from the room had a partial sea view. Recommended for a cheap stay in Arenal.

Elevator is really miserable, sometimes you wait fifteen minutes until you can get in. Furthermore, we had a really fantastic stay, location and service and hygiene 10/10

Much better than we expected

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and doing their best but when they don't get the help from the owners and management they are hitting their heads against a brick wall. The noise is beyond from the doors slamming to the partying in rooms till 7/8 am in the morning so all through the night. The so called restaurant well food canteen to be honest is just about bearable if your hungry. Food is repeated every couple of days. Had chicken with my son who is a chef and it wasn't even cooked it was really bad so we decided to eat out after that. The lifts were a joke and sometimes waiting 10 minutes to get in one. Then they would break down every few days . Put out a ticket on the room door to have the room cleaned came back after being out all day as needed towels and toiletries ie toilet roll wasn't done. The room was done only after complaining at reception after we left the room with the cleaner next door and put a ticked on the door for it to be cleaned and when we came back still not done. So was cleaned once in a week we were there. If your a family and have young children I would definitely stay away. If your a young student and like being up all night with the noise screaming and doors slamming and drunkeness all around then it's for you. Would never ever stay here again even if I was paid to go there. And it's not the staffs fault its the owners and the management at the top to blame. Good points. 1- bed was comfy but couldn't sleep because of the noise. 2-aircon was good. Once we got it working. 3- reception staff done all they could for you. 4-ice cream machine was good and helped to cool you down. 5- location to sea. If you want a great English breakfast and good food all day go to the double Dutch bar beers lagers and lots of choices and the staff are excellent. Also not far from the hotel turn right out of the hotel then left at the bottom and about 100mtres along. 1/10

We read the reviews and were initially a little worried, but we’ve had such a brilliant time here! While it’s true the lifts are a bit of a pain and we did miss a kettle in the room (the British way, we love our tea!) everything else was great. The selection of foods at all three mealtimes were varied and tasty - there was something different at every meal and the wines and beer were also very easy to drink and inoffensive. We had one issue with noise in our stay, which was swiftly and efficiently dealt with by Lourdes. She is such a great member of staff and we’re so grateful to her for making our stay that much more enjoyable. Equally, Jonny and Suly in the restaurant were exceptionally kind and hospitable, thank you both too! The housekeeping team were also very kind and more than happy to help with fresh towels and toiletries. Overall, brilliant location, tasty food, lovely staff and a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone who likes a little bit of atmosphere and a comfortable stay on a budget.

Terrible hotel. Awful food. Loud guests at night makes it impossible to sleep. Not the place for families and seems more geared towards young tourists who are only interested in drinking and constant partying.

Clean, good staff, good variety of tasty food. On the downside is the noise from the outside at night and from neighbors slamming doors and load speaking. Also I wish there were more racks to dry clothing. The swimming pool is very small which i expected but the water was too cold.

the hotel was very good condition staff are friendly and food was excellent. the only negative point was the TV channels only Spanish and German. apart from that everything was amazing 👏 😍😍😍😍

Stayed for 4 nights June 2024. Some good points but overall generally dissatisfied. Pros: •Food is good- good selection and tasty •Rooms were decent although a bit small, good sized balconies with sea view • Most of the staff were friendly- particularly in the restaurant and bar areas. •Free Wifi with good speeds • Good location, 2 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to water park, lots of shops, restraunts and ammenities nearby Cons: •Would not class this hotel as all inclusive- maybe full board. Meals have 2 hour set time slot, if you miss them youre out of luck, no snacks between and the 3 drink limit can only be used at these times also. •Hotel was overrun by German students who insisted on making noise all hours of the night. Slamming doors, shouting, running up and down the corridors between 11pm and 5am. We had small children with us who were woken on several occasions. On our 3rd night of this and having had no sleep we complained to reception who apologised but said they couldn't do anything about it. However that evening the security had come to our room and asked us to keep the noise down as we had been watching a video on our phone on the balcony! • The pool is tiny and gets no sun making it pretty much unusable. Its more like swimming in a bathtub. There are no sun loungers out by the pool, it seems pointless them having one at all. • Hotel is on a noisy road with guests from opposite hotel stood outside shouting and singing until late into the night. The walls are paper thin so can hear everything from outside and inside the hotel. • when we were leaving we asked the receptionist if she could call us 2 taxis or a large taxi as there were 7 of us. She said no and that we had to walk down the street and try to find one ourselves. • After checking out they have a locker room to store your lugagge but you have to pay €8 per tiny locker that only fits one small case! • Travel cot in room was broken and unsafe but staff said they were unable to do anything about it. • Lifts were a nightmare, especially as we had a pushchair and were on the 7th floor so heavily relied on them. Were often waiting for ages to be able to get in. Overall for young people travelling with friends who are going to be out partying at night this would suit fine but definitely would not recommend for families or couples who want a relaxing break.

Have had a great experience in the BlueSea Mediodia Hotel. An excellent extensive choice of buffet foot. Something for everyone. Sufficient choice of drinks both alcoholic and soft. All staff have been both professional and very helpful. Well located and very clean also very close to the beach .

Beds were great and had a good sleep. Most staff were helpful and supportive, big shout out to the waitering team, could not do more for you however the pool was small and there was quite a bit of damp in the room, room 706. Area was fantastic, easy accessible to bus, shops, restaurants and city centre.

3 adults, mum dad and adult son. Basic, budget hotel but comfortable and very clean. Loud area but we knew that, very busy. Very German oriented but we found that great.Beautiful beaches and walks, close to Palma, great bus service, bike hire. Hotel was basic but clean and tidy, comfy beds, restaurant was not the best, clean but I bit like a canteen, all tables in lines no windows or veiw. Pool tiny and no veiw ( did not use).
