Check in and out was great, very helpful getting cabs, directions, etc. Room was two levels, very nice bed, quiet and cool at night. Breakfast selection was broad and delicious, service was tremendous. Hotel lobby and sitting area was nice to have a cappuccino and talk. Highly recommend.

Housed in a beautiful old building in a very central location. The character of the building has been well maintained in the public areas and our suite had lovely contemporary decor which mixed perfectly with the 18th century painted ceiling. Within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Great value for money. But best of all has to be the amazing staff - extremely friendly, patient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Fifth, the hotel service is really worthy of five stars. Always smile, funny, provide free drinks, the doorman will always take the baggage and send it directly to your room. And carefully introduce the surrounding environment and provide Chinese maps and introductions to Florence. Sixth, the decoration of the hotel is very tasteful. Of course, the paintings and statues seen in a building more than two hundred years old are antiques. And many hotels in Italy and even five-star hotels in Europe are small rooms in historic buildings. The current area in a Baroque building is really small. Eighth, the hotel is a back-shaped building, so the window in the middle room is called the “patio”. If you don’t like it, you should adjust it in advance. The hot water is very hot. If the clothes are hung on the top, it will be done the next day. The hotel has not made publicity. It will become the net red hotel in the future.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

The location of the room is good, in the urban area, the room can be considered as a big, very fine hotel! The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. Breakfast dining environment is also good! The layout of the room, a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧 will not be crowded when staying! The child's bed is on the other side of the room. Good space, three suitcases don't feel too crowded! The bathroom space is not small, the shower room is very interesting, it is flexible and retractable! The hotel's air conditioner is a bit hot, and the air conditioner is turned off, but I still feel a bit hot! Everything else is fine! Very cost-effective hotel.

Both restaurants open onto the street as well as behind the doors of the entrance. A great place to eat or an afternoon drink talk about the day and watch ppl. The staff members are professional, very friendly & accommodating. Located on the Arno River, quick walking distance to just about anywhere. We had a room on the 4th floor with a private terrace facing the river and lovely views across the river. I walked up & down the stairs every day, except for our arrival with our luggage and our departure w/ our luggage. The elevator works perfectly well if your not into stairs! The weather permitted us to enjoy a bottle of wine w/ cheese and crackers on 2 of our 4 afternoons. Room amenities were replenished daily, very nice products. Robes are in the bathroom, plenty of nice towels and crisp sheets on the bed. There is an electric awning that came in handy to keep the direct sun off after a while of being out on the terrace. Breakfast was included in our room cost and was a beautiful buffet daily. We’d stay here again in the future!

My husband is great at picking out small, intimate European Hotels in perfect locations and this one was indeed perfection! Located in a very upscale, central area with shops, restaurants and a pharmacy all right outside our door. Ricciarda, Eleonora and Letizia were so helpful during our planning stages, through multiple postponements during the pandemic and right through arrival and saying good bye. They were all just so sweet and so attentive to our needs. When I realized that my petite body was just not tall enough to see my face in the mirror above the bathroom sink, they brought me a step stool even though there was a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room size was large by European standards and the community kitchen was so nice to have to make tea at night when we returned from an evening out. Everything was very clean, fresh, modern and they made sure we staggered breakfast times so we had plenty of social distancing. We absolutely loved this very special BNB and when we come back to Florence it is where we will be staying!

We couldn't find the location of the hotel on the first night, so we looked for Ctrip customer service. After waiting for a long time, the customer service said that they could not contact the hotel, so we dragged the suitcase to find another place to stay in the early morning. Then promised to contact the hotel to reply to us the next day. The next day after 12 o'clock as agreed, I took the initiative to contact Ctrip, and Ctrip contacted the hotel and replied that because we failed to check in the first night, the hotel has cancelled the order and refused to let us stay without refund. (Does Ctrip deceive consumers as gangsters? Will there be such a robbery? Please don't vilify the Italians) But the fact is, we found the hotel and checked in. The hotel owner said that he had not been able to contact us the night before. I showed us that the phone number and email address on the order were all wrong, so I couldn't get in touch. The information provided by Ctrip does not match the actual situation. I doubt whether they have contacted the hotel and asked them to provide evidence. The customer service said I didn't trust them, and he couldn't cooperate with me. Where does the customer service have the right to say such subjective words? Is it stupid not to trust that Ctrip has booked tens of thousands of yuan on airline tickets for hotels? I am very grateful to Ctrip for putting the customer's IQ and trust on the soles of its feet. You can accept your inability but cannot accept being deceived. You must know that the boss on airbnb can directly contact the residents. Ctrip says that it cannot give hotel customers the contact information, and it cannot get in touch with the hotel itself. If there is a problem, it will be borne by the consumer, and then a lie can be made to deceive the consumer. If the hotel cancels the order as stated by the customer service, why is my order still successful? Do you slap yourself in the face? Really great, goodbye Ctrip.

Fantastic location, professional service, and lovely accommodations. A couple weeks prior to our trip, we decided rather last minute to incorporate a stop in Florence. This was not my first time in Florence and I knew where I wanted to stay. Fortunately for us, the hotels where my family and I had previously stayed were already booked and unavailable. The Tornabuoni Suites Collection Residenza D'Epoca had solid reviews and ratings, so we took a chance--and WOW! Our suite had multiple outdoor sitting/eating areas, lots of glorious air-conditioning, an efficient kitchen, and separate living room. Initially, I was nervous when I was told that the front desk was not 24hrs, but the staff were always available via text/email/cell and we had no issues checking-in after-hours. Loved our stay so much that this is now my preferred Florence hotel.
