酒店大堂在會議中心內，入住及退房時都有會議，早餐就是在會議中心二樓食。
住宿樓在對面那一棟，旁邊有美宜佳，或者坐免費接駁車到花園酒店食自助晚餐，或到邊小鎮內的餐廳吃。
房間跟官方圖一樣，訂的大床及雙床房相鄰，小朋友們很喜歡，有小童拖鞋、牙刷、洗手臺小凳子、兒童座廁板。
另外，不知是不是淡季，覺得整個度假村很少遊客，探索樂園有部分設施沒開放，餐飲地方都很少，本來想食點麵或飯，最後只能叫外賣食。
