Marriott Hotels in Fuzhou

As a Marriott premium brand, my stay was extremely disappointing and completely fell short of the standards expected for a hotel of this caliber. The service attitude was baffling. Only the front desk staff during check-in were somewhat polite; the rest of the staff were indifferent throughout. They wouldn't greet you when you passed by and ignored questions, remaining unhelpful the entire time. There was a complete lack of service awareness and professionalism expected of a high-end hotel. The room details were even worse. As soon as I entered, there was a distinct unpleasant smell that didn't dissipate even after ventilation, making for a very poor living experience. Essential amenities were severely lacking: only one pair of slippers and one bath towel were provided, and there were only three or four tissues left in the tissue box. The housekeeping was perfunctory, absolutely not up to the room service standards of a premium hotel. Overall, the experience was terrible. Everything from service to hygiene details was a disaster. The price severely mismatched the service. I highly do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning!
