Everything is great except for the wifi. The slowest among all the 15 different hotels I stayed during my europe trip this time. Location is great. Spaciouse and clean.

It's right at the Gatwick North terminal exit, within a few minutes walk only, very convenient. Restaurant and Costa coffee open long hours which facilitates early morning or late night travel. Room is considered spacious, hot shower pressure is good, and soundproof window and door gave us a good night sleep. Thanks.

Clean and comfortable room within walking distance to the North Terminal of LGW. Only problem was that our room was not cleaned during our two day stay. I guess you had to request it but there was no phone in the room.

Good airport hotel. My only issue was that Wi-Fi could not get into our room (I had to stand in the entryway and the service was ridiculously slow), and my phone couldn’t get reception in the room. I think the place is built with solid concrete!

Perfect location when flying out of Gatwick. Easy access. Clean rooms and quite even for a short sleepove

Is alright not very good but London price is expensive now therefore they are reasonable

Perfect for an airport stay! A few minutes walk to the terminal… basic rooms, but all you need for a pre-flight night.

Great for a night at the airport. Has a lovely bar and restaurant but advise to book when you check in. Easy connection to the airport.

Great location and staff very helpful especially in such a busy location. I arrived very late but all was good and in the morning a young man from Romania not only helped me with my luggage but took me all the way to the National Express Bus Stop which I so appreciated so yes fantastic place
