nice location in town, many restaurant i wanted go is just few min walking distance , like tis hotel

good position and envieonment, not far from the big bridge and the fourtain. the room is quiet and comfortable. window facing a street so can have a distant view. i love the arts on the wall. and the hotel services are nice. i got a cup of lattie taken to my breakfest table every morning.

Lovely stylish hotel in Geneva. Not far from the station, near the embankment, many shops, coffee shops. I can't say absolutely anything bad about this place. My recommendations.

Great staff, good bedgood breakfast

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)

Facilities: Complete facilities, rooms. Big Sanitation: Clean and tidy, hygienic. Environment: Excellent location, close to the central station and major attractions. Service: Very good, good service attitude. Free luggage storage.

As the name East West suggests, there were a lot of decorations and interiors that seemed to be a mixture of Asian cultures, so it felt a bit familiar. The room was neither big nor small, but it had everything I needed, and it wasn't too great, but I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable using it. It was really close to Lake Leman, so it was a short walk, and I was satisfied with the location. The front desk staff were really kind, greeted me well, and everyone greeted me with a smile, which was nice.

The hotel is nice. There are Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets within a few steps. It is also very close to the train station and attractions.

The room is quite big, the facilities are very good, beyond my expectation; the bathroom products are all Clarins, and the bathroom is also very large. The hotel is small and exquisite, not far from the train station and Lake Geneva. There are not many types of breakfast, and the service guy is very enthusiastic; in comparison, the front desk will be colder

The breakfast is a bit unpalatable, but everything else is very good!

The room was clean and the location was great. I had an early flight and didn't have the chance to try their breakfast.

The service is very good. I borrowed the adapter and was warm and thoughtful.
