"Tony was very helpful, providing tips on Geneva's transportation and attractions. The room had a large bathroom. I didn't bring a universal adapter, but thankfully there was a Type-C port available. However, the plastic cups provided didn't seem to be suitable for hot drinks."

Please note that starting from October 2024 the hotel will be undergoing partial renovation until end of 2026. The Suite Bellefontaine we be closed from 25th of September 2024. From April 10th 2025 our Michelin starred restaurant Le Chat Botte as well as our Bar will be closed. During this time our interim restaurant and bar will serve our guests.
Entering a new chapter in its 160 year history the Beau Rivage recently unveiled a meticulous renovation with modernized rooms and suites. The hotels grand facade was painstakingly restored as were such historical details as frescoes and marble columns. The Select Suites named for notable guests all have private balconies overlooking the lake Old Town or Geneva harbor.
"The most comfortable hotel on this trip, the front desk originally said that it could be upgraded by 145 Euros. Later, I thought that the original room was also good, but I did n’t upgrade. The bathroom and bedroom are large, and the service is attentive and meticulous, especially for breakfast. We ordered all the dishes, all of which are above the standard level. They are particularly delicious, and they are exquisite. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserIt's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by.

GGuest UserThe service at La Reserve is very impressive! I carried my luggage down a few steps by myself, and I didn't expect the waiter to help me, but I saw someone sprinting towards me. When I entered the door, the waiter was about to turn around to do something else. As soon as I hesitated, the waiter came back and asked if I needed any service. I could feel that their service spirit was sincere and not perfunctory. Thumbs up!

HHONGZHANOn the shores of Lake Geneva, authentic French luxury, from concierge to check-in to Izumi on the top floor overlooking the entire landscape, this hotel interprets the new definition of luxury. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller and the price is more expensive.

JJust Olya/Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, with shopping malls, cafes, and pharmacies nearby... It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~
The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~
The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around...
Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞
