Room is clean and comfortable. The small fridge is faulty but they replaced another one and all fixed in 30 minutes after I called. The indoor pool is not big but has slide.

Our stay at the blue mansion was amazing from start to finish. The staff were excellent and efficient. The room was great, with some nice touches like biscuits and sarongs to use by the pool. It’s worth noting the room had a fan and air conditioning which we didn’t expect from a historic residence. We were blown away by the hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Georgetown. It really added to our trip.

The team had been very accommodating throughout our stay and always anticipated our needs. Good customer service and amenities. Please convey our heartfelt thanks to the F/O team who had been really nice and warm towards us throughout the stay. The F&B team, especially to Mr Zulkifly who had made our meals wonderful and unforgettable. The housekeeping staffs who had worked hard to keep our room tidy and comfortable throughout the stay. For surely, Jen Penang had left a footprint in our hearts and we would love to come back for another stay in the near future Highly recommended, good location and amenities.

We had a pleasant three-day stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, situated between two large malls with plenty of shops and restaurants and within a reasonable cab ride to both George Town and Batu Ferringhi. The room was quite spacious but a little bit dated and worn down. It could use a refresh. The bed was very comfortable, however, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We enjoyed using the beautiful infinity pool. Service was friendly and efficient. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. Although there is a good variety of items offered, many just weren't very tasty. The best thing on the buffet was the homemade ice cream. Overall, this is a good place to stay when exploring the island of Penang.

Location close to the street market and famous cendol. Car park is at the back street without signboard at front hotel which might leave people stunned if this is first visit. People is smoking at the room corridor which is not tolerated. Don't smoke at indoor! Sound proof bad, and the bed is not really comfort.
