Hotels Near Xiuying Time Plaza in Haikou

Parking at the hotel is very inconvenient. The parking lot is shared with nearby restaurants. I called the front desk to inquire about the parking space, and they told me that there would be parking spaces if I came in from another exit. I drove on the one-way street for a long time before I found the place to turn around. I drove to the other exit mentioned by the front desk, but still couldn't find a parking space. When I checked in, the front desk was as unresponsive as if they were still sleepy.

The room is clean, the service is in place, the location is very good, close to Xiuying Port, convenient to travel, we are in the early morning port, check in at 4 in the morning, the front desk deliberately delayed check-out at 2 pm, very intimate

The first time I stayed at the hotel, I thought about it, but I really didn't expect that no matter the environment, health, service, breakfast, it is very good, much better than the average three or four-star hotel. The front desk is very enthusiastic, what is going on to help solve it immediately; The cleaning waiter was very caring. I left a note: Please put two more bags of black tea. As a result, I put several more bags of black tea for two consecutive days, and put an extra bottle of water. It was really hard! ! ! Worth praise!

Newly opened, the bed quilt is brand new, the price is not expensive, the room is spacious and bright, the decoration is stylish and generous, the smart electrical switch, the central air conditioning and hot water, and the free upgrade to a deluxe room, the customer service is very enthusiastic and responsible, and the parking is very convenient. It was a very affordable and warm two nights for half a month of travel.

Myself and my girlfriend spent only 1 night at the Sofitel. Even in this short period of time, our stay was a memorable one. Starting from the warm welcome at the lobby area on the 1st floor with luggage assistance, until our departure from the same place when the kind Concierge staff assisted us get a transfer to the train station while we were not able to do it (didi) due to the business generated by the Chinese New Year. At the Front Desk, Echo welcomed us with a warm sincere smile and showed a high level of confidence and product knowledge while highlighting the hotel facilities. Moreover, she went above and beyond our expectation when she recommended the hotel restaurant and few dishes when she heard my girlfriend telling me she is hungry. Another memorable experience was our SPA treatment where the staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, the hotel feels very new with, the location is great and the level of cleanness is very satisfactory. We will defiantly return to Sofitel if business or leisure will bring us back to Haikou.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

酒店剛開業第二天去的，入住還送了束🌺開心😊 酒店裡設施都很新，房間裏沒啥味道，一般亞朵有的配置也都有，早餐選擇不多，但能吃飽關鍵味道還挺好的😄 最喜歡這裏的一點是交通很方便，離新海港十幾分鍾車程，附近也有幾個景點，在周邊找了幾家吃的和咖啡店都沒踩雷👍 服務小姐姐小哥哥都非常nice，所以我們在海南的最後一晚依然選擇這裏😉😉
