A very new hotel with complete facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the location is very far from Gora Station. However, the hotel has not provided any information that they can arrange pick-up and drop-off between 10:00 and 18:00. If guests follow the map and walk from Gora Station, they must carry their luggage and walk the entire mountain road with more than 300 steps. In addition, since the hotel only provides Western-style food, if you want to match the Japanese-style hot spring village environment, you can only eat out. However, if you rely on the hotel pick-up service, you must wait at Gora Station before 18:00. The pick-up vehicle is a seven-seat RV. Passengers sitting in the back seat should be prepared that the hotel staff will push the front seat until it touches your knees, making the back seat very cramped throughout the journey, while the front seat allows you to straighten your legs. Although I mentioned it to the driver after getting off the car, there was still no improvement next time. The hygienic condition of the room was average to above average. When lying on the bed, you could see that the lights and air conditioner were very dirty (see picture). It took a while to supply hot water to the room, and it took nearly a minute for hot water to flow out of the wash basin.
