Hakuba Hotels with Gym

The room is clean and tidy. For a relatively small Japanese hotel, this one is very friendly, especially with a balcony, which makes the indoor area feel much larger. A family of three booked a standard room with a sofa bed. It should be more spacious for two people. The front desk staff was very polite. We arrived early, and although the check-in time was 3 pm, they let us check in early at 12 o'clock when there was a vacancy. The hotel can make an appointment for free pick-up service to and from the Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal, otherwise it takes more than ten minutes to walk there. There are scheduled buses to various ski resorts at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. We prefer to walk to the Happo Oone Ski Resort, walk for more than ten minutes, and pass through a small forest. The snow scenery is very beautiful. The hotel room rate includes breakfast and dinner. The Japanese and French dinners for dinner are not repeated for four nights. They are very attentive and delicious, but for young people who have just finished skiing, the amount of food is really not enough. My son and husband have experienced it deeply. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, and there are no choices nearby. This is the only regret.

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

The room looks more stylish, but the bathroom is small and smelly... The design of the suite is also strange. You don't need to take off your shoes in the bedroom, but you have to take them off in the living room... The service is really good, and you can pick up and drop off the ski resort at any time! The restaurant is French, you can eat light meals, and the food is pretty good!

Such a beautiful hotel. From the moment you enter, you can feel the beautiful snow scenery. There are welcome snacks at the door with many varieties. The hotel has a shuttle bus from Hakuba Station to the hotel, which saves the trouble of calling a taxi. There is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Muchi Ski Resort, which is great. You can also soak in hot springs and eat free ice cream at night

Great place. Clean, quiet, neat, cozy. Excellent food. 5 minutes walk to the Happo-One Snow Resort ski slope. Good wi-fi. Friendly hosts. Very cozy and quiet. After the slope, you can relax in the onsen. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel location is easy to find and ample parking spaces Stayed for two nights and enjoyed breakfast for two days. The food types on both days were slightly different and tasted good. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor rooms. My wife said that the outdoor hot springs at the female hot springs only had one-third of the spring water on both nights. I don’t know why. Next time I go skiing in Hakuba, I will consider this hotel as my first choice.

Suitable for crowded trips, the villa has heating floors so it is very warm, in the middle of the forest, so the red leaves season is extremely beautiful
