Really enjoyable stay. In fact we extended the stay by 4 nights. The staff are helpful, the breakfast is good. The happy hour bar is great. Downside is no pool but most hotels close to reeperbahn don't have one either.

Good location easy to reach things on foot. Left car in parking garage found this a bit costly at 24 euro a day. Breakfast could be purchased at 15 euro and a bit. Nothing fancy plain breakfast

Very good location, close to a subway station that communicates with the entire city. Excellent facilities and above all the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, very kind, helpful and attentive.

Ideally located for visiting the Schmidt Theater or Schmidts Tivoli, because it is parallel to the Reeperbahn. Underground parking available with somewhat tight curves, but hall and clear. Small irritation by the second Premier Inn in the immediate vicinity. Water pressure in the shower on the second floor is too low. Otherwise, the price and performance match well, and the breakfast is also all-round appropriate. Recommended for a short trip to the metropolis on the Elbe.

Great location to explore Hamburg, I came over to watch a football match. Only a 10 minute walk to the stadium. The staff were very helpful and the room was Premier Inn comfortable standards. The free WiFi was better than the WiFi Ultimate I get in the UK. They only do breakfast and the breakfast is nearly €17, but it is unlimited. I would happily stay at this Premier Inn again, great price and great location.

For us a very good location near Reeperbahn and near a metro station. Small but clean room. Nothing fancy and a bit dated but still a good value. Very friendly staff even let us check in very early on the day of arrival.

Perfectly located, easy access to the underground system and minutes walk from Reeperbahn where all the cool kids hang out. Staff were amazing and very friendly, especially Neha. We spent 5 nights and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend and will visit again.

We had to cancel our booking for the Premier Inn next door due to train problems travelling up from Cologne. Premier Inn allowed cancellation up to 6pm on day of arrival, which is an excellent forward thinking move by them especially in the context of where we are in the world today. Back to the hotel we stayed in. I was impressed that they would donate the cost of the room service to charity if you chose not to take it. They then offered you a free drink if you took that option but we chose to donate that as well. COVID rules in place and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a good size and I liked the winged back reading chair, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and ready to help especially the breakfast team. We usually use the IBIS hotel directly across the road on our visits to Hamburg but cant see us returning there if the level of service here is maintained. Value for money as well. Cracking location for the Millerntor stadium and the decent bars and restaurants in the vicinity

Really great room, really well air-conditioned and comfortable! 👍 Everyone was very friendly, good atmosphere and everything was close by! Really good breakfast, large selection! Definitely going back on our next visit!

The rooms were very clean, the facilities were new, the service was excellent and the staff was always very friendly. If we are in Hamburg again, this will definitely be our first choice. The only drawback: At €24/d, the parking fees in the underground car park are quite high (for comparison: the ibis opposite charges a fair €6/d)

The Premier Inn Millerntor was great. The staff was totally friendly, the rooms were absolutely clean and the breakfast was absolutely fine. The price was also totally right for us. The only thing that was a bit of a shame was that the cleaners changed the towels every time we hung them up.
