Services and cleanliness were very good. Location is just on the edge of the shopping *****, but it is beside the West Lake. Hotel provided a one time complimentary one hour big boat ride around the lake at 0830hr daily with reservations. Breakfast was oriental and western, menu changed daily.

Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. The bed is big with different pillows to choose from. The breakfast has western and chinese food with a good selection. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk north to the Qianwang Temple. The Jie Lu Ye restaurant near the Qianwang Temple is very delicious. Walk 20 minutes south from the hotel to Leifeng Pagoda, and then go to Su Dongpo Memorial Hall. In front of you is Su Causeway. You can take a rowing boat to see the scenery of Turtle Lake. You can take a battery car to cross Su Causeway to the north of West Lake. 2. The hotel service is really good. We upgraded to a garden view room for free. Room 1206 overlooks the West Lake. You can really see the view when you push the window. I like the large retro window so much. The battery car was delivered to Building 1 where the room was located, and the driver also gave a brief introduction to the hotel. Although there is no tea set provided in the room, you can contact the front desk if you need to make tea. The tea set is clean and retro. I like it. 3. The hygiene is very clean, there is no need to question this, and the toiletries are also of very good quality. 4. The breakfast is very rich and the time is very reasonable and does not end until 10 o'clock. It is very suitable for us who like to sleep in. It is great to go out to visit the West Lake with a full meal. 5. The only drawback is that the pillow is too high, so I folded a towel and used it as a pillow.

Perfect hotel, the room clean, new equipment. I was upgraded free to room with windows. Staff with name 'Joyce' super friendly. She support with 100% enthusiastic, and some suggestions about restaurants with good food. Joyce was communicate with us by English well (we are foreigners) , thank you so much and hope will see you again. Good luck everything to you, Joyce. One more thing, we were surprised to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff but they thought we forgot the money and Joyce found us to return it. It so cute.

I booked this room for a birthday and we were not disappointed! At the beginning we were put in a higher room, but with no view of the lake, so I asked to be moved and the staff was kind and gave us another room with view and an amazing, huge, bathtub. The position is pretty comfortable to reach the lake and has many amenities and shops around, in various malls. On the 3rd floor there is also the connection to a spa (not owned by the hotel) that we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was very rich and varied, but I suggest not to go at 9 on Sunday, because it will be a little hard to find a seat!
