The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hygiene, environment and facilities are all good. But the service is rated three stars because of the breakfast waiter. He is responsible for collecting breakfast coupons, cooking noodles and collecting plates. My father and I used the coffee machine for the first time. We didn't know how to use it and ordered the wrong one. He kept watching coldly from the side. Not only did he not take the initiative to help, my father had no choice but to ask him for help. Excuse me, how do I use this machine? He came over reluctantly, without saying a word, and slammed the correct button with his hand. The coffee came out. My father didn't see which button he pressed, and he didn't answer when asked again. When cooking noodles, my father asked him to cook a bowl of soup noodles. He took out the noodles and said, this is only mixed noodles! My father said, just add some soup, he was still impatient, only mixed noodles, and then reluctantly added a spoonful of soup, saying, it's up to you! My father returned to the table and asked me quietly, why is his attitude bad? I don't know either. I just think that the service industry is not easy. Giving one star will bury the efforts of other waiters. For example, the aunt who cleaned the room said very politely, ”Thank you and take care” when I took the initiative to say we checked out. We can't let such an excellent waiter down by not giving one star. However, this waiter in black clothes who is not professional at all should be asked to reflect on your hotel.

Good and clean hotel but it’s little hard to find due to location and it’s main gate is behind parking ! Powerlong shopping mall is nearest mall which have everything like many restaurants and best for shopping

The TV didn't work well. I adjusted it twice but it didn't work. When I checked in, I got a toothbrush and slippers (the soles of the slippers were very thin). There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room, but nothing else. When I stayed in other hotels, there were small soaps in the room, as well as cotton swabs, dental floss, combs, alcohol pads, and a small bottle of facial cleanser. The price of 490 is not low, and there is no breakfast. The free parking is good, and there is a lady at the front desk with a good attitude. I am not very satisfied with the rest. I hope it can be improved.

It was a great experience, even though I only stayed for one night. There were a lot of activities. I made a fan by myself. It was my first time to experience making a handmade fan. I felt very accomplished! I won the first place in the sandbag throwing competition and was given a portion of sweet and sour pork ribs👏. At the bonfire party in the evening, the little friend also experienced roasting marshmallows, which was very delicious😋. Finally, our housekeeper Xiaonan was also very enthusiastic. No matter when I asked her questions, she would answer me in time. She would also remind us before the activities, and the key was to remind us to eat breakfast, which was great for those of us who don't remember time🌟

Hygiene: The room is clean and the sheets and quilts are clean and smell-free. Environment: The room is not big and the price is high. The public area is quite large, suitable for rest and relaxation. The rooms are on floors 17-19, and the front desk is on the 19th floor.

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location
