Environment: The hotel is in a quiet corner next to the lively Liulang Singying, adjacent to the West Lake, with exclusive lake views, and Leifeng Pagoda is in front of you. Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to Hefang Street. Barely any facilities though. Rooms were clean enough, but there is lingering smoke smell from the exhaust fans in the toilet. Shower was good. Annoying thing was that every time you walk into the room and insert your keycard, the TV switches on and plays really loud music which we had to turn off every time. Great check in and check out times though :) Not many places to get on a Didi / taxi, since there isn't a driveway, so you need to be fast when ordering a taxi.

Quiet environment. Out is prosperous, in is quiet. Nearby is the Drum Tower and the Royal Street of the Southern Song Dynasty. The rooms are clean and elegantly decorated, which I like very much. On the first day, I rode to the West Lake Qianwangxuan Pier in 8 minutes and took a boat to visit the West Lake. The next day, walk 10 meters downstairs to the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street. You can go directly to Hefang Street. There are a lot of delicious food here. In the morning, Xinfeng snacks and Xiaolongbao are eaten. Then walk along this street for more than 20 minutes to Chenghuang Pavilion, overlooking the entire West Lake, and there are not many people! After returning, I continued to eat crab yellow noodles and Jiujiali Dongpo meat. The taste was very good, no thunder, delicious and not expensive.

The staff is very friendly and went to the extra mile to explain to me how to use the logistic services. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located along the Nan Song Yu Street where has many shops for food and gifts. The hotel also provide free mineral water. The only setback is the wifi service which require to have a local phone number for verification code. Those without a local number will not be able to connect to wifi. However, the staff is able to assist by using their hotel phone number to activate the wifi as an alternative. Overall, excellent service, location and cleanliness. We will definitely wanna stay here again if we come to Hangzhou again.

We stayed for one night and booked because the location is just perfect! We enjoyed our time and night exploring the pedestrian area and loved it. The service was great and everyone was friendlier and helpful, would recommend. However, the hostel facilities are a bit outdated, specially in the room. We had only a one person cover for a bed of two what made the night a bit cold for us and there was a less pleasant smell always coming from the attached bathroom that we couldn’t get rid of , but overall a good quality/ price stay.

The house is next to Hefang Street. Every morning at 5 o'clock, the child wakes up and takes it downstairs to visit Hefang Street and Drum Tower. It is also very close to the West Lake and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. In addition to the slightly higher floor, it is a bit tired to climb the stairs (the landlord also reminded me before), it is really a perfect stay experience. Very recommended.

Perfect location. Major heritage sites and museum on the door step. A pedestrian street means it's quiet yet super close to all amenities. Breakfast (Chinese and western) is served opposite in a relaxed stylish cafe/bar which offers guests a discount. Staff also speak English and are very knowledgeable and able to help with any further destinations you wish. After a long day resting in the courtyard is very pleasant.
