This is a budget hotel and I asked for a budget room so my expectations were modest. However, what I received, was below modest from my experience. Room was warm enough and size was tight. Bed was ok but funny round shape. There was no division between bedroom and bathroom which made the shower experience too cold. Also I found a bug in the bathroom (alive). Location was very convenient, but even with that I wouldn’t repeat this hotel.

Nice and not expensive place to stop when you have a night between flights in Harbin. The hotel is very close to the airport (5-7 minutes to drive), close to both terminals: 2 and international. The service is really good, they are always ready to help. The only issue is that foreign tourists can't pre-book shuttle bus in advance but should call to a hotel upon arrival instead, so the free shuttle bus can't be taken without help of locals (by the way, usual taxi will not work in those area, because local taxi drivers in Harbin airport trick foreigners at every step of the way and change routes and prices just on the way; so this is why the free shuttle bus to the hotel must be taken instead, not a taxi). This hotel has also a wechat account, but again you need to call them to check how to add it. I think if hotel solves the problem with the shuttle bus pre-booking for the foreign guests (maybe by email with confirmation?), it will get a lot of foreign visitors who stop for a night or two between flights. Other problems, like communication in English in the hotel, can be solved with the help of Google or Baidu translate...

Location was perfect 👍🏻 we are right by 東正大街 and only 8 minutes drive away from Harbin Railway station. The room was pretty warm and clean I would have give it a 8 out of 10 until I turned on the washroom ventilation overnight, it started smell terrible in the morning … Besides that everything is ok, you just have to deal with all smoking rooms

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

Perfect location- on Airport Bus line 3 (just cross the road for bus from airport (tickets bought at airport counter) and bus stop in front for airport -tickets bought on bus), steps from Zhongyang Road, near Sophia Cathedral and walkable to the riverside to catch the cable car to Sun Island. Wanda Holiday Hotel behind Ibis. Room is impeccable- clean, kettle, good pressure hot water, heater, air-conditioning, comfy beds, quiet. Towel, toiletries, room slippers provided. No fridge but not required. Enough space for prayer. Staff all professionals and helpful even though none speaks English. Communication via translate app. Was able to check in at 1pm. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast is plenty. Left luggage at reception available. We booked our Yabuli tour at Katz Hostel, walkable 10 mins walk from Ibis and the 530am bus meeting point is literally 5 mins walk from Ibis, sweet! Mini market, bread shop just next door. Came for the Ice Festival but disappointed because for the very first time, the weather was already too hot, -10c in mid February (festival usually ends first week March). Also there is another Ibis on the same main road but 1km away. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is very nice! I am so proud of my own vision😝 The transportation is so convenient. From Harbin Taiping International Airport, take the Airport Bus Line 3 and get off at Central Street. The airport bus is about 20 yuan per person. It is recommended that you don’t take a taxi, or call an online car-hailing company with standardized platforms, otherwise small companies’ online car-hailing companies will easily increase their prices. Therefore, it is very convenient to get to Central Street from the hotel, just go out! You can eat Northeastern cuisine at any one of your restaurants. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Central Street Station of Metro Line 2, 3 stops to Ice and Snow World, and 2 stops to Harbin Station (I went to Yabuli). Just say it’s inconvenient! The hotel is very new, and the design is in line with the aesthetics of young people. The rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the shower water retains heat, and the room temperature is very comfortable. You can also buy Xiaodu Xiaodu intelligent control appliances, giving you a very modern feeling. Like👍 Oh, the bed is also very comfortable, and the pillows are available in hard and soft options to meet everyone's needs. There is free bottled water available in the room, and free tea and snacks are available in the lobby downstairs. It is said that the Coke in the mini bar refrigerator is provided for free. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Egg fried rice and tomato scrambled eggs are very in line with the taste of southerners. The children added a lot of tomato scrambled eggs. Corn 🌽 also tastes good. It is said that there are also fried noodles. . . It was probably so delicious that it was gone when I went there😂 Finally, the service is very good! I actually checked out of my room and went to Yabuli in the second grade of junior high school, and then came back from Yabuli in the third grade of junior high school. The plane flew at night, so it was inconvenient to walk around Central Street with my luggage. However, the hotel was very considerate and allowed us to store our luggage~ I feel that the boss’s hotel management philosophy is very good. Provide customers with more comfortable travel services within a relatively reasonable price range, regardless of the profit of more than ten yuan. During the peak tourist season, the price is very cost-effective. However, there are a few suggestions that the hotel can improve: (1) The water in the bathroom runs very slowly, and it reaches your feet after taking a shower. Need to be cleared. (2) The towel is actually directly next to the toilet, and it will splash when you urinate or flush. This is so jarring. It is recommended to install a towel rack above the bathtub away from the toilet. (3) The toothbrush is too difficult to use and irritates your hands.

The location was above a large mall with surrounding night life. The Wanda Square, the Meteo Station and the west train station are all within walking distance. The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided. The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable. A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

I was traveling with my family and needed to fly to Harbin, so I chose a hotel near the airport to stay the night before. We were four adults and one child. We booked two rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff saw that they were worried that the elderly would not be able to rest. Well, they upgraded our room for us. Thank you very much! There is no other way, after all, for a family like mine, I can save whatever I can. The lady at the front desk also gave the child a small toy, and everyone was so kind. Makes my heart feel warm! I will stay at their house when I come back

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Central Street and Sophia Church. Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. There was free minibar and also dessert every night. Free ice cream was a nice touch too. We were also given some gifts when we checked out which was very thoughtful. My son found the heated toilet seat helpful in the cold weather. Overall an excellent stay and we will stay there again if we return to Harbin. .
