It is very close to the Ice and Snow World and not far from the Siberian Tiger Park. It is convenient. The breakfast is average.

The flight was cancelled the day before and she immediately changed my check-in time. My family members were not feeling well and she also arranged for someone to send things upstairs; third, the security uncle was very responsible; fourth, the overall sound insulation of the room was good. Let me talk about the unsatisfactory aspects: first, although the room has floor heating and heating, the temperature is very unstable during the day. Sometimes we are still hot in T-shirts, and sometimes we have to wear sweaters in the house; second, the sanitation of the room is outsourced, and the main room is carpeted, and the carpet has never been vacuumed. At first, I thought the sheets and quilt covers would be changed every day, but on the fourth day, I accidentally spilled some soup on the bed, and there was a little lipstick on the pillow. When I came back around 10 o'clock in the evening, it looked neat outside, but in fact, the quilt cover, pillowcase and sheets were not changed. We changed them ourselves in the middle of the night. I also observed later that the quilt cover might be changed, but nothing else was changed; thirdly, it has something to do with the quality of the guests. Several times someone suddenly knocked on the door in the middle of the night, and there were five or six guests talking loudly at the door of our room in the middle of the night. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the stay, and the location was OK. Although it was 4 kilometers away from Central Street, it was still called Central Street Store, which was a little misleading. But the quietness was really guaranteed.

The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

We are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

Harbin, after a long absence, finally opened a Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel! It’s extremely convenient for friends to travel! The service at the front desk was attentive when we entered and reminded us to add clothes to keep warm. The room is fully equipped and the Northeastern menu is really big. I don’t want to waste it. You can heat the packed food in the microwave by yourself in the room! The bedside table has wireless charging, and there are wireless charging places everywhere in the lobby, which is so convenient! Oh yes! They also provide a free laundry room and dryer! This is awesome! Love it, love it! By the way, Phoebe at the front desk had great service and was very enthusiastic. She patiently answered our questions and made recommendations every time. Transportation is convenient. After taking Metro Line 2, I found that the hotel is 100m away from the Shangzhi Street subway exit! (Remember to choose Exit 1). In the old town, traffic jams are easy and you can reach Sophia Church and Central Street on foot. You can see iron pots everywhere. I hope the store’s business will get better and better, and I’ll try it again if I have the opportunity.
