Now I like to stay at Atour Hotel more and more. It is hygienic, convenient, clean and has a good attitude. I especially like the deep breakfast. You can wash your clothes for free, and the aunt will help you dry your clothes. When I arrived at the hotel at around 7 o'clock in the morning, not only could I check in directly, but I was also told that I could have breakfast. I was surprised that I could have breakfast on the day I checked in? The little brother said of course. For those who are afraid of the heat in the Northeast, you can also turn on the air conditioner, which is really comfortable. The breakfast staff were also very nice, and there was an aunt who was really super welcoming. The hotel is near Wanda Plaza and there are many places to eat around. It’s only one stop to the West High Speed Rail Station.

The hotel room is so big, and you can go out to Hasijin Street, which is very convenient for shopping! The guys and girls at the front desk are also so enthusiastic! Only the soundproofing is a bit poor, but otherwise there's nothing wrong with it.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and their proactive and timely assistance makes you feel warm. Brand new hotel, a few minutes drive from 731, breakfast is the best in this small Hingganling ring tour, there are many types, sufficient materials, plus cheap prices, especially the price. Convenient parking, a huge parking lot. Not far from the red flag mall, I went to eat the first-ranked pancakes at noon. User-friendly to Trip , welcome fruit was sent, the room was upgraded for free, and the check-out was delayed until 2 pm. You can come back to rest after visiting 731 and check out. The front desk manager and the service staff contacted were very good. The security guard saw that there were more luggage and took the initiative to help transport it to the room by car. From the staff contacted, I could feel the kind of vitality that the newly opened hotel wanted to do this business well. It is a stark contrast to the high-rise attitude of the most expensive state-owned hotel waiter I stayed in Yichun.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

IIlse Du PlooyThe room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

RRyan05*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

OOlesia eye surgeonWe are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

NNeri_31Great hotel, near the main attractions, but not in a busy street. Our room was very confortable, sometimes the noise from people talking in the hall disturbed a bit, but not a problem. I recommend to add in the complimentary itens a body cream, I forgot to bring from home and would be awesome if it was available in the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel. The weather was super cold outside and my skin was cracking. My overall experience was good, I recommend this hotel.

NNielsenJonathanMy wife and I went to Yabuli for the first time and happened to find this very cute place to stay. Both of us don't speak Chinese but the host lady was such a pleasure, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We communicated via WeChat translation. She collected us from the train station and took us into town to help me buy and electronic cigarette as my wife's had stopped working. She then back tracked and took us to our apartment, where we checked in. Total trip was about 40 mins for 60RMB, not bad at all. Our room was very quaint, and clean. It was on on the ground floor and had a communal entrance for other guests, but the room itself had its own card accessed key, own toilet and shower. There was also an additional area up a staircase in the room which had an additional bed on the floor. The room had it's own TV which was a good of good quality and complementary WiFi and 2 bottles of water and a kettle. The room itself was warm and toasty with underfloor heating, and you couldn't feel the - 20 degrees outside which was a real concern of mine before travelling All in all, we were very happy for the quality of the room we received and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality After check-in, the host drove my wife and I 500 metres up the road to show us where we could go for lunch. The lunch was simple dumplings and noodle soup, but very tasty. The following morning we had the free breakfast which is a couple of houses away from where we stayed. It consisted of local dough bread with chinese vegetables and some rice soup. It wasn't my cup of tea but it was satisfying. Our host had arranged to take my wife and I into the city to get our covid tests done for our departure next day. We shared a car with another couple back into the city and had it done and this was so helpful as we needed it to reenter Harbin. The ride to the test centre was 30RMB and really with the money. The cobid test was After our test, we were taken skiing by our host at the ski resort. We stayed there for 3 hours before being collected and taken back to our room. This again was managed all by our host who help us hire the skiing equipment too. That evening my wife and I order delivery to our property where our host help is ensure we had the right address as it was all in Chinese. At the same time, our host ensured they received our covid test results The following morning we checked out, we received our covid tests results from our hosts and again were transported back to the train station by them Overall,it was a short but really wonderful stay, our hosts provided a clean, charming and lovely place to stay but thier service was extraordinary, they couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and as easy as possible, I would recommend

PpurplepolarbearExcellent location with super clean big room! The hostel is directly opposite exit 1 of the Zhongyang Street subway station. There are bus stops nearby too . It was only a five minute walk to the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market and then minutes on foot from Central Street. It's in a busy area but not noisy at all. Wifi connection was steady and fast and the aircon worked well. The hot water was always available and water pressure was high. Highly recommend staying here for a convenient and comfortable stay in Harbin!

SShenqidebudaowengThe Yablony Hotel is really ski-in and ski-out. There is a ski center inside the hotel, KFC is downstairs, and the ski center of Sunshine Ski Resort is next door. Very convenient indeed. The snow-view king bed room is really beautiful. Open the window and you can see the cable car and the ski slopes. The only frustrating thing is that I called after 11 o'clock to ask for check-out, but check-in has to be after 14 o'clock. 4 stars for service, 5 stars for everything else.

GGuest UserThe three times I visited Harbin, I always stayed at the youth hostel in the morning. Because when I went to Mohe, I kept my luggage at the youth hostel for two days. It was really good. You can also play table tennis there. The main reason is that the location is really good, just 50 meters away from the Central Street subway entrance. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in winter.
