It's relatively close to Harbin West Railway Station, but that comes with a problem: it's a bit of a walk, and taxi drivers are reluctant to take it because they don't provide shampoo. There's a washing machine and refrigerator, but no laundry detergent. They charged a 100 yuan deposit upon registration, saying it would only be deducted from the price if there was a purchase. Upon entering, all I found were 3 yuan worth of disposable bath towels and a razor. Is that even worth a 100 yuan deposit?
