The hotel is very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, about a 6-7 minute walk. The staff are very enthusiastic. The soundproofing is a little bit lacking, but that's often unavoidable in hotels. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay; I absolutely love the environment and facilities.

The front desk staff were really friendly, and everyone I met would greet me proactively. It's super close to all the main attractions, and there's parking available for about a dozen cars on a first-come, first-served basis. We managed to get a spot both nights though, so it's great if you're driving. On the first night, the TV had no internet, so I called for maintenance the next day. They couldn't fix it, so they offered to switch our room. Since we booked two rooms together and there wasn't another room of the same type on our floor, the front desk upgraded us to a better room on the same floor. Definitely worth coming back!

Out of three nights in Harbin, we stayed two nights at Xueli's and one night near the airport. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, and the family room we chose was very spacious and comfortable. It's only a 5-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it a well-located and great value-for-money hotel near attractions. Highly recommend!
