酒店地點很靠近江邊和地鐵站，服務很好很熱情，一進門就有服務員幫忙帶路和拿行李。每一天還有給下午茶小甜點。值得一讚的是早餐真的很不錯，樣式選擇很多，還有早餐服務員小劉服務十分周到，人很親切，還送上水果和乳酪給我們。下次來哈爾濱還會選擇入住。

房間很不多，細節很到位，前台，客房，餐飲，保安，每一個遇到的人都很熱情，服務周到，尤其是餐飲主管當地風情，人很熱情，介紹了很多當地特色，服務也周到，餐廳環境很温馨，餐食也很棒。保安崔陽服務周到，熱情。很不錯的一次體驗，點贊👍👍👍

房間大，隔音很好很安靜，有兩台加濕器不用擔心乾燥，衞生間也有兩個，提供的茶水和點心也不錯，離店了還給了伴手禮，總體好評
