My stay here was fantastic, I highly recommend it! First off, I have to commend the hotel's service. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was smiling and incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were new, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
The facilities are excellent and the B&B's style is absolutely gorgeous, far exceeding my expectations! The hygiene is top-notch; an auntie cleans every day, making it a truly comfortable and clean stay. The environment is also fantastic, with a neat and pleasant little courtyard belonging to the hotel. The service attitude is superb – they answer all your questions and are thoughtful and warm! Located in a residential area, getting around is super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Chinese Baroque area, and there's a subway station nearby, so transportation gets full marks!
This hotel is really close to a mosque and halal food. If you want to go to Central Street, you can take Didi—it’s cheap and very convenient.
It’s a really good deal for staying here, especially since we spent most of our time outside anyway, so we just came back to sleep. In my opinion, it’s a strategic choice and definitely worth repeating!
This hotel was located on a great street. There is everything and anything you need. The area is lovely and exciting. It is not far from tourist attractions and really captures the feel of Harbin.
The hotel it self was nice and the staff was very friendly but we tried to contact many times (at least 15 times across a span of a few weeks) by phone and by trip.com regarding our stay and transport from and to the airport and no one picked up the phone.
We also had a door bell rung many times early in the morning multiple days and then when we opened the door no one was there. And we put out the “please clean our room” sign and light on and no one cleaned the room.
Overall we had a great time and the hotel is a good option. We would stay again but these little things were kinda annoying and could be improved.
The hotel is just right in front of Harbin Mosque and also the subway of Harbin Mosque. Very strategic location for Muslim travellers as it is surrounded with a lot of halal restaurant. Also you can go to the Halal foodcourt just by walking 2 minutes straight where there is a lot of food variety. The checkin and checkout services also super fast and friendly. They give weChat for the hotel in case you need to ask anything in English or any languages. I am recommending this hotel , the soundproofing is superb, cleanliness is superb. there is laundry room with 2 in 1 washer dryer and detergent. I am lucky to get the room at the same floor of laundry room. The Metro station infront of the hotel is Line 3, so I can go to Chinese Baroque and Zhaolin Park easily which only just next 2 station from Harbin Mosque.
J Hotel Riverview is awesome! The location is excellent, the Songhua River is just outside, and it is super convenient to take a walk to see the night view. The room is spacious and bright, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have an invincible view, the river view is magnificent during the day, and the lights on both sides of the Straits are glazed at night. The facilities are new and complete, the bathroom brand is high-end, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good. The service is more intimate, the front desk is warm and professional, responsive, and the takeaway can be delivered to the room. The price is super high, next time I come to Harbin, I will stay here, highly recommended!
When choosing a hotel, hygiene is my top priority, and this place absolutely didn't disappoint! The room was bright and tidy, the bedding was all freshly changed, and the bathroom was spotless with a great wet/dry separation, making for a truly comfortable stay. The biggest pleasant surprise was the hotel's free parking; there was plenty of space, making parking super convenient, and the parking lot itself was clean and felt very secure. A real blessing for anyone traveling by car!
The room is clean, tidy and the space is particularly large
The location is really convenient. It is close to the riverside and the Chinese Baroque. It takes not long to get off the bus. You don't have to carry your luggage to go far. It is not far from Central Street. It takes ten minutes to walk. It is convenient to go shopping and see ice sculptures. It is especially friendly to the elders. There is nothing to say about hygiene, the room is clean, the bedding is soft and odorless, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and my parents say that they sleep very comfortably. The floor was polished brightly, and there was no problem walking barefoot. The bathroom had no smell. The sink, toilet, and shower room had no water stains. Even the handrails were cleaned and lived with special peace of mind.
The service is warm and intimate, making people feel warm. When checking in, the staff also specially arranged a low floor for us, saying that it is convenient to go up and down. When we left, we reminded us to remember to carry valuables with us. It was really too careful.
The room decoration is simple and generous, the facilities are complete, the price is very close to the people, and the price is super high. Next time I bring my family to Harbin, I will still live here. I have already recommended it to friends with elders who have travel plans around me.
This hotel is amazing for kids. We had three different rooms, they were all fantastic. One room had a slide and ball pit, one had a tree with a tree house for kids to sleep in, the third room was like candy land. My child loved staying here. The location is great, it's a 5 min walk to Chinese Baroque Street, which is a pedestrian only street filled with Russian and Chinese souvenir shops, cafes and shops warm clothes. There were so many photo opportunities. There are taxis out front so it's easy to go to Harbin Snow and Ice World, Siberian Tiger Sanctuary or St Sophia Church. The service at the hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Wang Xinrui, was incredible. She helped us numerous times, including finding a pharmacy and navigating the TV to find English speaking movies when our child was unwell. She was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Originally, I booked it as a transitional stay between 1903 and Aoluguya. But the room gave me the impression that the owner only wants to make money in winter – is this really what you get for 300 RMB? The hardware is top-notch, and the bedding is super comfortable. You can tell there are thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the bathtub door that opens and closes to suit different guests, and you can even watch TV while soaking. The small courtyard is also lovely with a little pond, which I imagine would be fun for a dip in the summer. The slippers were comfy too. I actually missed breakfast because the bed was so comfortable I just slept right through it 😂.
There's one minor complaint: the sink faucet doesn't have an aerator, but the bathtub faucet does. It doesn't really affect anything though. The toilet isn't electric, but personally, I'm not bothered by those things, and a non-electric toilet actually fits the hotel's overall style quite well.
Overall, even though it was an upgraded room type, the biggest difference between room types is just the size, but the price difference isn't huge. I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more for a better stay.
Even though it's next to the street, it's very quiet. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future; it's genuinely good.

GGuest UserThe location of the room is particularly good, by the Songhua River, the Guandong Square, especially the atmosphere of life. Downstairs is the Chinese Baroque, and there is a halal snack shop that is good and cheap. There is a ferry to Sun Island, and a taxi to Central Street will arrive soon.
The room was very satisfied, clean and tidy, the facilities were no different from the home, the whole was complete, the washing machine was washing clothes, and the refrigerator was very practical.
The landlord introduced the route and hotel very warmly, and the maintenance was very careful. Thank you. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to experience the winter in Harbin.
GGuest UserThis experience truly exceeded my expectations. The young man at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage and even providing protective covers for our ID cards. The room itself was very stylish, and the Baroque-style street was right downstairs, which was super convenient. It was also very quiet at night. It's a pity we only booked one night, but if you're planning to book, don't hesitate, it's really great!
MM32102****We booked a family room and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very comfortable. It's close to Caoshi Street, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals. The robot delivery for food orders was also very handy.
However, the service didn't feel as good as other places. I left a bottle of facial cleanser and a small accessory behind, but no staff member reached out. When I called to inquire, they said they would look into it, but I never heard back. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was at a comfortable level anyway.
Very Chinese-style house, the landlord also seems to like to drink tea, there is a full set of tea sets, the tea with the gift can also be drunk casually, it is very suitable for families, and it is only 2 bus stops from the train station. There is also a small courtyard with fruit trees, which may be more pleasant in autumn.

GGuest UserThis e-sports hotel is really great. When Harbin is relatively peak season, the price is cheap. It is equipped with two computers. His floor heating is really good. As soon as you enter the hotel door, it feels like summer. The bedding is also very clean. The space is very suitable for two people, and there are e-sports chairs. I want to ask the boss to connect 😂. I highly recommend everyone to go to Harbin to consider this hotel, avoid the more popular hotels, and there are restaurants nearby, you can eat, all local guests

FFanchuan(wenli)The hotel is conveniently located near the Songhua River. It offers on-site parking, which, though not large, is a significant advantage in a busy downtown area. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional, and it's also within easy reach of various tourist attractions. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserThe location here is super close to the Chinese Baroque historical block, so you can easily come back and rest when you're tired from exploring. The front desk service is outstanding; they're incredibly warm, welcoming, and always attentive to guests.
DDalangtaoshaWe stayed for a few nights due to the convenience of doing business. There were no other hotel options nearby. The facilities were not good. It was pure accommodation with no other facilities. Even eating had to be across the street. However, the room was economical and the hygiene requirements were not high, so it was acceptable to stay there.
GGuest UserThe room is no different from the online pictures. The decoration style is as simple and decent as the name. The sanitary condition has nothing to say. It is clean and makes people stay at ease. The surrounding traffic is extremely convenient. Next time you come to play, you will definitely choose this hotel! ! The room was clean and comfortable, the sheets were brand new, the WiFi was smooth and unimpeded to watch the movie without any stuck, and the air conditioner sounded slightly stained and quickly cooled down to take a bath. The facilities are also very complete, and the shampoo shower gel is also very fragrant.
