Hotels in Songbei District, Harbin

The hotel is very close to where I needed to go for my business trip. It's really convenient for getting around; going to the Ice and Snow World and Sun Island is super easy. The subway station is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance. The service was excellent; the front desk staff upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future.

Our family of three traveled to Harbin during the Dragon Boat Festival. Since our daughter wanted to visit the Siberian Tiger Park, we booked this five-star hotel nearby. Although it's a bit far from the city center in Songbei, the hotel generally exceeded our expectations. First, the doorman was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy. What surprised us most was the incredible water pressure in the shower, even on the seventeenth floor; showering was incredibly comfortable. We've stayed in a few five-star hotels these past few days, and this one had the best shower experience by far. Also, the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any outside noise. The view from the window was also lovely, as the hotel is right next to the Songhua River.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport. **Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive. **Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room. **Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy. **Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Didi navigation needs to be set to Shimao Avenue Exit 3, otherwise you'll end up behind the building. It's really close to the subway, about 30 meters. There are only 4 washing machines, so if you need laundry service, don't choose this place. There are only 2 elevators for 24 floors, so you'll wait a long time. The bed in the room is very large, easily accommodating 3 people. The bathroom design is impractical; there's nowhere to put your clothes. There are few amenities and services nearby.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

This hotel was an excellent choice! The setting is beautiful, and the lake-view room offered a fantastic, very relaxing view of the lake. The room itself was thoughtfully arranged, quiet, and comfortable. The concierge service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They even have robots that deliver takeout! The location is super convenient, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, my stay was wonderful, definitely a top rating.

The hotel's location was a bit out of the way. However, the internal environment was very good, and the heating in the room was excellent. Breakfast was rich and included several Northeastern specialties. The complimentary souvenir fridge magnet was also very pretty. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful; on a snowy day when I couldn't get a taxi, she suggested I try a different platform or offered to help me hail one from her end. I eventually managed to get a taxi, otherwise I might have been waiting for ages.

The stay was fantastic, I have to write a serious review! The location was the best part, right next to Harbin Sunac Land, which is incredibly convenient for those coming specifically to enjoy the park. No need to get up early to rush around, and no worries about not being able to get back late. The hotel was clean and hygienic overall, the rooms were spacious, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness for a very comfortable sleep. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and patient, the housekeeping staff were thorough, and the amenities were neatly arranged. The facilities were well-maintained, with no damage or wear and tear, and the WiFi was fast. The surrounding area is convenient, with many dining options and easy access to transportation. After comparing several hotels, this one offered the best overall value. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and definitely a great choice for visiting Sunac Land. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely come back again!

The view outside the window is beautiful. The location is a bit out of the way, far from the subway. Although it looks close to the Songhua River, there's no direct access, so getting to the riverside is quite a walk. For meals, you have to go about one or two kilometers to a residential area, which has tons of great restaurants. Taxis are super convenient; they pick you up instantly, and it's usually under ten yuan. The room was clean, but the soundproofing was just okay – I could hear kids jumping around next door and their mom scolding them. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Out of the three 5-star hotels I stayed at in Harbin, the Marriott had the least to offer for breakfast. The doormen and the cleaning staff were excellent. Giving a good review out of habit.

Had a fantastic stay at Ibis! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient. It's truly great value for money, my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be back!
