This hotel truly excels in every aspect, from service to amenities. The thoughtful touches in the room, like the humidifier, wet wipes, disposable toilet seat covers, earplugs, and plastic slippers, show they really consider the guest's perspective. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. When I checked out, they even offered a 'princess treatment' service, escorting me all the way to my ride-sharing car. I noticed many families staying here, which makes sense given the excellent family-friendly services. The front desk offers a breakfast voucher for just one yuan, and for multiple guests staying multiple nights, they thoughtfully arrange rooms together. Breakfast itself is delicious and varied, with the crispy fried pork (guoba rou) and tofu pudding being particular highlights.

This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit.

This is the first five-star review I've given a hotel all year. The hotel is right next to Central Street and very close to the Central Street subway station. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and of course, Central Street itself is great for shopping, so the location is excellent. But these are secondary; the hotel's overall service and facilities were truly impressive. The staff's warm service and the perfect facilities left a deep impression on me. Even though we only had one suitcase, the doorman helped us carry it all the way to our room. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well-equipped, especially the fully automatic toilet. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water temperature was just right. The quality of the dental kit was also very good; I even took a new set home. Besides the buffet, it seems there are also special daily offerings for breakfast, and afternoon tea is provided. The room was also very quiet, which was a huge plus. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Harbin again.

Harbin was the last stop on our road trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The most unexpected bonus was the parking lot in the back, which was incredibly convenient. Both the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the past two years, from the ambiance to the service, room cleanliness, and even the food. The location is also very convenient, whether you're strolling along Central Street or taking a taxi or bus, it's perfect. Highly recommended! Every staff member treated guests with uniform politeness and professionalism. Thanks to their service, we had a comfortable and pleasant three-day, two-night stay. I really love Harbin; this experience after so many years was fantastic! See you next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied.

The location is fantastic, just one street away from Central Street and very close to the Songhua River, which is super convenient. The room was very clean and spacious, and they even offered afternoon snacks. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. The front desk even helped me with my luggage. I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Harbin. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the city center. Service & Atmosphere • Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, we were greeted with excellent service. Since Harbin is freezing, the staff immediately served us hot tea to help us warm up. It was a very thoughtful gesture! • Lobby Amenities: While breakfast isn't provided, there is a self-service mini cafe in the lobby area, which is perfect for a quick caffeine fix or tea. The Room • Space & Comfort: The room was a good size for two people, even with our large 28-inch luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. • Quiet & Clean: The soundproofing is impressive we weren't disturbed by outside noise. One unique feature is the filtered drinking water tap located right next to the bathroom sink. • Note: The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit chilly compared to the well-heated bedroom area. Location & Transport The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel: • Walking Distance: Just a short 400m walk to Zhongyang Street (Central Street) and about 700m to Saint Sophia Cathedral. • Transport: It is very easy to book a DiDi as the hotel is located right on a main road, making pick-ups quick and hassle-free. Verdict: Highly recommended for its strategic location and great hospitality!

Traveling with family to Harbin, the best parts were definitely the location and the value for money. The hotel is right at the southern end of Central Street, making it super convenient for taxis – no long walks needed. I compared several hotels and noticed the one next door, a Hilton, offered direct views of Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, which really appealed to me. This place, however, beat them all in both location and value. You can even catch a glimpse of the Songhua River from some spots. The family room was spacious and well-equipped. You can tell they really made the most of the space. There's also an unlimited supply of bottled water by the elevator, and the hotel has its own dedicated building. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and plenty of seating, making it feel very open. The service was incredibly warm and friendly, and they even offered afternoon tea. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
