The room was quite clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly, responsive to every request, and just adorable! I booked an extension online, and the front desk even helped me switch to my current room, saving me the hassle of changing rooms. It’s also conveniently located directly across from 962 Hospital, which is great for visiting patients. Funny anecdote: My partner and I were eating grilled sausages in the lobby after our workout, and the smell must have been so good that it made one of the front desk ladies hungry. She asked what smelled so delicious, then, seeing it was a guest eating, she shyly crouched down. So cute! Overall, I give it five stars. I recommend it for being clean, hassle-free, and for the warm, youthful hospitality. (Unlike other hotels where the front desk can't directly answer questions and has to wait for the manager's reply, which is really inconvenient and wastes guests' check-in time and experience). I’d definitely choose Rujia Select again. It’s a shame I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it looked exactly like the promotional pictures, which deserves praise – no false advertising here. Excellent! I hope to see those lovely front desk ladies again on my next stay.

Красивый, современный отель недалеко от метро. Завтраки хорошие и вкусные, прачечная профессиональная (стирается и сушится одежда быстро), персонал доброжелательный, за исключением сотрудника, который нас регистрировал в день заезда, он был не очень вежлив, но это не испортило наши впечатления. Номер небольшой, было душно, всегда включали кондиционер. Душевая и туалет расположены напротив друг друга, а раковина при входе. Для нас это было не очень удобно. Нет крючков для полотенец, приходилось их везде бросать. Полностью стеклянный вход в душевую не понравился, завешивали его полотенцем вместо шторы 🤭 Зато телевизор шикарный, во всю стену, холодильник для снэков, чайник, сантехника - всё новое и работает хорошо. В общем отель понравился, и мы рады, что выбрали его. Оставили небольшую благодарность персоналу Atour light в номере и на ресепшене 🤍

1.説良心話在二院附近這個店值得推薦，雖然遠了點在衚衕裏，但是在二院附近還是環境非常好的，我最滿意的是床，很舒服，可能和我喜歡硬板床有關係，比軟床墊強多了。 2.我對前台服務的男工作人員，不知道是老闆還是服務人員，表示認可並想説，如果有這樣人員在，這個店未來會更好，沒有他，等着關門吧。 我簡單描述下事件，當時醫院臨時推了一天，我就和該同志諮詢了下並續住，但是給的111電視花屏，也和他説了，我們協商好，第二天如果有房給換個，沒有換個電視，可是第二天早上沒看到他，一個女的，説是老闆娘，並和我説，不同意，説電視花屏敲敲就行，不説敲壞算誰的，那我不能一晚上看電視就花屏就敲兩下吧，你説敲一下就好，你怎麼斷定我沒試過，我問女老闆娘，如果不好那，怎麼辦？她竟然回覆我，那你退房吧。我真是服氣。還好這個**志來了，説給我換個電視，解決了，其實本身事並不難，就是一個態度和服務的問題。最後，希望這個帥哥越來越好。在這個謝謝你。 3.如果為了環境可以推薦，服務嗎分人，地點嗎略有點遠到二院20多分鐘，各位自己斟酌。
