Great hotel with a fantastic location. The elevator goes directly down to the Xicheng Hongchang shopping mall, and Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making shopping super convenient. They also have underground parking. The staff were really helpful and patient when we asked about parking, and they even gave us some complimentary parking time. We only stayed one night due to our travel plans, but we'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

The room itself is pretty good, and the location is excellent. However, the building it's in is quite old and run-down, especially when compared to the modern All Seasons Hotel right next door – there's a significant difference. Plus, you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself from the front desk to your room, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast is a bit basic and not worth the price; you're better off eating out.

This hotel is a hidden gem, highly recommend! 👍 Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic. There's no draft, and the hotel has direct access to the MixC mall from B2. Turn right out of the hotel, and Wanda Plaza is just across the street. You can see Harbin West Station right outside the window. We checked out the Frozen Roses at Wanda Plaza's Gate 1 and the Snow King formation at Gate 2. The hotel breakfast was good, and the station drop-off service was excellent. The only minor downsides were the soundproofing and the wait for the elevator, but these are common issues for hotels located within shopping complex buildings.

Average hotel and average service. Breakfast is very poor, there is nothing to choose from. The reception worked very well. 🫶 Attractions within 15 minutes of taxi access. ⛄️ It's warm in the room. Suitable for those who are looking for an inexpensive hotel.

This is an excellent hotel! The breakfast is incredibly refined and shows so much care – it's like they're always thinking about giving you the very best, and wouldn't dare serve anything less. For a hotel to operate this way, it's truly commendable. Can we please give an award to all the staff on duty? The room decor is similar to what you'd find at a Sofitel. Every single staff member greets you with a smile and works diligently. And I mean *every* staff member! I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast is superior to what you'd find at H World Group hotels and other chains, and even surpasses some higher-starred hotels. It's truly a small but beautiful gem of a hotel.

The hotel is quite close to Haxi Station, which makes getting around very convenient. The environment is decent, though the room itself is a bit small. During my stay, I didn't experience any loud noises from neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing seems to be adequate.

The front desk service was incredibly heartwarming! All my requests were met. Ms. Xiao Wang and Ms. Pang at the restaurant treated me and my family with such care, like we were their own! A simple bowl of noodles at the Hilton truly showcased their wonderfully human-centered and warm service. I'm so touched and grateful! Wishing all the hotel staff a smooth career path and bulging wallets!!!

The room environment was excellent! It was very clean and spacious, with spotless bedding and a sparkling bathroom. The owner was also very kind; we arrived quite early in the morning and since the guest in the king-size room we booked hadn't checked out yet, the owner upgraded us to a twin room for free. Plus, it's very close to Harbin West Railway Station, near a subway station, making it super convenient to get to attractions.
