My business trip stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The environment was quiet and peaceful, the room had great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were gentle and patient, the facilities were well-maintained, and the internet was stable with no lag. The toiletries were high-quality, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive. Definitely worth rebooking!

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

A fantastic experience! Facilities: The hotel room and furnishings matched the pictures perfectly. The city view king room had a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery with your loved one. The bed and bathroom facilities were also excellent! Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues! One minor thing to note is that the room can get quite humid after a hot shower in winter, and the windows fog up, so ventilation might be a good idea. Ambiance: Wonderful! The room layout, color scheme, and palette made for a very comfortable stay. Service: Absolutely outstanding! We enjoyed a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Haxi, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They also offered breakfast; if booked through Ctrip, it was only 12 yuan per person. It was simple yet impressive, with a rich variety of fresh, delicious dishes. The stir-fried tomatoes with scrambled eggs, in particular, was exactly to my taste – sweet and sour, and perfectly cooked. My girlfriend and I practically devoured a whole plate! 😋

It's truly a luxurious yet cost-effective choice. The room was thoughtfully arranged; I was particularly impressed by the vase on the table. My first impression upon entering was cleanliness and brightness. A front desk attendant helped introduce the room and carry my luggage. The central air conditioning and central boiler system operated quietly, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The shower pressure was stable, without the common hot-and-cold fluctuations found in older hotels. On the nightstand, there was a capsule coffee machine. Waking up in the morning, I'd press a button and leisurely stand by the window while waiting for the coffee – a truly relaxing moment. The bathroom was equipped with a smart bidet toilet, which was a pleasant surprise at this price point. The heated seat was very friendly for those with hemorrhoids, showing great attention to detail. Regarding dining, the room rate included a buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast variety wasn't extravagant, but it had everything necessary – a choice of Chinese or Western set meal, fried rice, bread, fruit, salad, and beverages. The quality of vegetables and fruits was guaranteed, as shown in picture one, indicating excellent quality control. It was a satisfying meal. The afternoon tea was complimentary; enjoying a cup of tea with a couple of pastries and cookies during a break was neither perfunctory nor half-hearted. Overall, the price, including these two meals, offered genuine value for money. Service was a major highlight, especially for a five-diamond hotel. The front desk staff left a deep impression. From check-in to asking questions later, their demeanor was consistently gentle and patient. They kindly inquired about your needs; it wasn't a standard, trained smile, but rather a feeling that they were genuinely listening to you. They helped carry luggage all the way to the room and then thoroughly introduced the room's furnishings, explaining everything meticulously. While I don't know the staff member's name, I believe most of the service personnel exhibit such excellent attitudes. Solid hardware, warm service, and reasonable prices. There weren't any over-the-top experiences, but every detail made you feel that the money was well spent. If your budget falls within this range, it offers excellent value for money. This hotel is also not far from the exhibition center, making it worth a try.

Excellent location! Just a 5-minute walk to the nearby pedestrian street, and easy to get anywhere by taxi. It's 15 minutes to Central Street, 15 minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral, 15 minutes to Zhonghua Baroque, 25 minutes to the Siberian Tiger Park, and 40 minutes to Volga Manor. Basically, all the tourist hotspots are nearby, and yet it's still quiet despite being centrally located. Metro Line 2 can take you everywhere, including Sun Island! Outstanding service! 'Lucky,' the Housekeeping Manager, is an absolute gem. She confirmed our arrival a day in advance, and she even sorted out my double booking, which was my own mistake – she's amazing, so kind and professional! And 'Xuemei' from the Housekeeping Department is also fantastic; her warm and enthusiastic service made us out-of-towners feel completely at ease and comfortable. We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come back to this place next time, it's brilliant! My beloved gym is also really well-equipped, with all the basic machines for both cardio and strength training! Delicious and varied breakfast! Freshly made wontons, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes; breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. We ate it for several days and never got bored, it was so good! Especially the lady who blanched vegetables for me, haha, she catered perfectly to my lighter Southern palate. ❤️ And the chubby, adorable young lady who checked our room numbers every morning at breakfast was so warm and comforting! Great value for money! In the off-season, it's 400+ RMB, and during peak season, it's 600-800 RMB. For this level of service and facilities, it feels like staying in an international chain hotel for the price of a guesthouse.

The room was pretty good; the lighting and decor were comfortable. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water was hot. They even provided two complimentary drinks in the room. However, the cleanliness wasn't great. I found a long hair under the pillow, and one of the two complimentary water bottles in the room had already been opened and not replaced. Overall, it was decent.

The entrance of Qiuguo Hotel is quite stylish, and the lighting makes it look very upscale. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The environment was quiet, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is also worth trying, with a good variety of options. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was great near the Wanda plaza and the entrance to the metro station, it is good when you are traveling in a temperature of -30C. The room was heated and the floor was also with heating, hot shower and Japanese toilet 😍. A nice spot in the room where you can sit and have dinner or snack with a view on the window. Minibar is free! The receptionists were nice and pleasant even with poor English(that's why there is google translate). The breakfast was tasty little if western food but you can manage with the Chinese one too. But the area was small so you may come very early or before the end of the breakfast to enjoy a table for yourself sometimes you may share it with others but its nice to mingle.
