A very cozy place, a lot of wood inside and feels warm. Although the temperatures outside were down to -19 deg.Celsius inside it was always pleasant. Food was very good, cleanness perfect, no complains at all. I would like to stay there again. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but they can be so only up to a level. There is unfortunately the only complain: NOBODY in the hotel speaks English (or any other language, for that matter - I speak 5 but it didn't help). Not one person at the reception, not one single waitress, absolutely nobody. Therefore whatever you want to ask at the reception you can only do it via hand-held translators which is slow, uncomfortable and prone to misunderstandings.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's easy to get around whether you're taking a taxi, the subway, or just exploring the neighborhood. The room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The soundproofing was also excellent, making it very quiet at night, so I got a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff, especially the young man, had a great attitude. Check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently, and he even offered some thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast selection was quite rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

The hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. Choosing the Sofitel for my trip to Harbin was an absolute delight. Its location is excellent, right near Xiangjiang Park and Wanda Plaza. It's also close to the subway, making it super convenient and stress-free to get to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. The lobby's French decor is grand and exquisite, with crystal chandeliers adding a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are clean and spacious, with ample heating. Paired with their signature bedding, the sleep comfort was top-notch. Amenities were fully stocked, and they thoughtfully provided a humidifier, which is perfect for Harbin's dry climate. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including authentic Harbin red sausage and Russian dishes, alongside Western pastries and freshly ground coffee. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and planning my itinerary. With a heated pool and gym, my entire stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for future travels!
