This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

The room was fantastic, and I slept incredibly well. This stay was truly wonderful! The hotel's location is super convenient; it's easy to get around whether you're taking a taxi, the subway, or just exploring the neighborhood. The room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The soundproofing was also excellent, making it very quiet at night, so I got a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff, especially the young man, had a great attitude. Check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently, and he even offered some thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast selection was quite rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I brought my kids to Harbin and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton, and we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I particularly want to highlight the restaurant manager, whose service was incredibly warm and attentive; their smile was so inviting. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, especially the freshly made hot noodles and rice noodles, which were delicious. The freshly ground coffee was also exceptionally fragrant. If I ever come back to Harbin, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was spotless and impeccably clean. Sofitel Harbin's hygiene truly exceeded expectations. The room was dust-free, and the bedding was pristine, smooth, and soft against the skin, without any stains or odors. The bathroom was cleaned exceptionally thoroughly; the tiles and mirrors gleamed like new, and the toilet and sink were spotless. The wet and dry areas were completely dry with no standing water, and even the floor drains and corners were sparkling. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and prompt with replenishing supplies. The cleaning staff were professional and attentive. As someone very particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single flaw throughout my stay. I felt incredibly at ease and comfortable. This is definitely the gold standard for hygiene among five-star hotels in Harbin. The laundry room is also fantastic, with a sofa and TV where you can relax while your clothes are being washed. Highly recommended!

This hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The manager provided incredibly attentive service, being warm and thoughtful throughout my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, with impeccable attention to detail. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The environment was elegant. It's very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Songlei, and Lesong Plaza commercial districts. Transportation is convenient, and the location is excellent. It's a great choice for both leisure travel and business trips.

The front desk service at Spring Hotel was excellent. The hotel room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The soundproofing was also excellent, as the room wasn't next to a hallway, so I wasn't disturbed at all. The facilities were also very complete; the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom fixtures were functional, and hot water was available 24 hours a day. The location was superb, with a bus stop right outside and very close to Lesong Plaza. It's conveniently located near various food streets and morning and evening markets, making dining and shopping very easy. It's great value for money and highly recommended!

Stayed for the second time. I couldn't find the garage location when I drove over. The handsome guy at the front desk number 011 was very patient, giving detailed directions to the driving route, parking location, and doing everything in his power to help find a parking space. Because the booked room type has no available rooms, the room type has been upgraded for free, breakfast is given, and the check-out time has been delayed. Comfortable living and good service. Very satisfied.

Any requests were handled promptly with great care and a wonderful attitude. The room was clean and well-equipped. They genuinely care about their guests.
