Harbin Hotels with Swimming Pools

Very friendly staff. Pool and Finnish Sauna have been very nice after the cold temperatures outside. Breakfast is great with western and chinese food. Rooms are ok but outdated. Had a river view room which was nice.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The service was very good,the staff were friendly and nice especially Emily at the reception.The breakfast was also excellent different varieties,the breakfast include western and Chinese food.We really enjoy our stay and we hope to be back anytime we are in Harbin.

Hotel is excellent. Location is good for viewing. But not too good for strolling around. However service level is kinda bad in my opinion. The previous hotel that I stays in beijing is much more attentive and helpful. Especially in helping us foreigner which is not really good in chinese to get didi, look for location. In beijing, some even help us book for us with their didi. However in ritz, Staff there tend to half ignore to drive us away. Although they do not sound impolite, but the unwillingness to help is clearly seen. Thus i would rather figure it out myself.

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

A very satisfying and comfortable journey, especially the attentive and considerate care of the front office manager Carina. The service is very good. Although the hotel has been open for many years, the room hygiene is still very clean and tidy. The facilities and equipment can be seen to have been carefully maintained. The overall environment of the hotel is also very good, the location is also very good, and the scenery is also good, which makes the whole journey more beautiful. The cost performance is super high👍👍👍

I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

We had a great experience in this hotel! The decoration is unusual and very beautiful! The food is very good and all staff is very polite and always ready to help. Mr Brian Chen was very helpful in the information provided, and Mr Frank, at the dining room, looked in detail for all aspects of guests' preferences. I understand cultural differences, although the hotel may consider bath tube and sauna for mixed gender - couples and families will appreciate it for sure. Overall it was a great experience, and we will return defenitely, including in the winter, to explore the different touristic offer.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

The hotel has first-class facilities, elegant environment, clean and tidy, and is worth recommending. I would like to mention the hotel service, which is really attentive. When I checked in, I was given a backpack with unique Northeast characteristics, which was very beautiful and made of good materials. The most important thing is that the bag is like a treasure box with everything, including masks, heating pads, Gala oil, disinfectant wipes, and eye cloths. These are very practical in the cold Northeast. They also gave me a big bag of fireworks, which was so beautiful.
