Do not look at the picture, it has been renovated since . Nice standard hotel with paid wifi in your room. Water , bath , mattress , cleanest everything was good except the a big noisy ac .For the food , breakfast was at Vedado hotel ( cuba style) .

Terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible attention and terrible location. I spent the first and last night in Havana, since I went to Cayo Santa María for 10 days. When I arrived the room is not comfortable. The horrible views...The breakfast is scarce and bad. The coffee is not good. The receptionists very bad attention. The first night there was no internet directly and the last night I had to pay to have wifi. The morning before I left I needed to buy internet since I needed to connect with my family and the receptionists, the one who was leaving the shift, didn't want to sell me internet and the one who arrived first told everything she did over the weekend to her colleague and told me They were waiting for them to sell me the connectivity service. Also, the receptionist got angry because I didn't bring the printed voucher. We are in the 21st century, in case you haven't heard, disaster!!! At night, don't even think about leaving the hotel because the neighborhood is not safe at all, and where the hotel is located is not at all pleasant. When I arrived on the last day, at 9 pm, they didn't have a restaurant to eat in, I had to go out to eat something. The temperature of the water for bathing does not exceed 50°C, that is, you bathe and you freeze to death. There is only one elevator and the one there is is filthy.

The hotel lobby is very nice and pleasant with an excellent atmosphere. The breakfast staff is very charismatic and has very good service. In my opinion, I think that the only thing missing is a little entertainment at night. I would return!!!

The hotel didn't seem THAT BAD to me for the price I paid (very cheap) BUT... the cleaning was a bit weak and the male hotel staff is very harassing; They look at you from top to bottom, telling you everything, as if they had never seen a woman in their life. They are very disrespectful. A woman who worked in the breakfast area asked my grandmother to give her her sandals, and a man who works at this hotel took advantage of an older adult's ignorance and sold him counterfeit cigars.

At breakfast I was really hungry, neither the coffee was coffee nor the milk was milk. the minimal slices of cheese disappeared in a minute along with the finely sliced ​​mortadella. The pool is filled with people from the street and no one uses it. In the bar, neither paying there is water, soft drinks or beer. They only have Rum and Whiskey. The area and the environment are very unpleasant. pure decadence
