Nice clean hotel with giant swimming pools. A lot of fun for the family

Nice location, close to all spots by foot.

The room is large, well decorated, and the view is great! I love the big terrace overlooking the city, it's great! Breakfast was average, but I didn't eat much.

The German Town Express Hotel is next to a small water playground. The hotel facilities are simple and the rooms are not big. The window of my room allows me to see the small pasture where the sheep are being herded. The breakfast is much richer than that of ordinary German hotels. It is recommended to stay here.

Hotel room was exceptionally clean. The mattress was comfortable, with an abundance of plush pillows. The 3 complimentary meals served were all delicious. My only complaint is that I needed to boil my own cup noodles on Sunday evening because their restaurant is closed for Sunday evenings.

Terrible service!!! Arriving to check around 10:30PM a gentleman revived us and his attitude was terrible! The rooms were not clean full of spider webs. Not worth the stay. I also checkout and revived an email that I haven’t checkout! Terrible terrible service. Would not recommend it.

A very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. We have stayed here several times now and it never disappoints. The staff is very accommodating and professional. There is a large indoor waterpark next-door, which you can access through a underground passageway. Fantastic for families with children.

Poor service, long wait at reception for a room, almost 30 minutes. The rooms are not clean, the internet is not good in the rooms, there are no sockets in the night room, the choice of food is very limited and the same every day. not recommended!

The rooms are nice, equipped with mini bar and services from the rooms tablet, free wifi in the room, everything was looking good upto when we had dinner we reserved a table for 7:30pm and dinner was 19€ per person, when we sat at our table and got drinks we then went to take food from the buffet to only find no food a d not a lot of choices, especially for kids, we waited 30 to 45mins to see if it got refilled and during that time there was also other people around us waiting to. My wife asked o e of the kitchen staff politely to only get a very rude angry response back saying its coming in German. Slowly they started bringing something out 1 at a time and because everyone was waiting it was gone again in seconds. I would only recommend to stay in a room for a night and nothing else, staff is rude, food choice is very poor, and service is poor, not all speak English language

Unfortunately no greeting from the staff, absolutely no interest in the guest, lots of small children in the hotel, the public swimming pool which you can use is great!, breakfast is good and plentiful, charging 4 euros for half a litre of mineral water in the room is almost extortionate

The handicapped accessible room is well equipped, especially the wet area :-) It is also connected to a standard room by a connecting door, ideal for the accompanying person! The staff are very courteous, helpful and solution-oriented.

Room. Breakfast. Friendly host. Pool. All in all, it was perfect for us. We drove from Vienna to visit LEGOLAND. Thank you for everything, we will be back. It was recommended to us by friends. And it was perfect.

A pleasant hotel, good service, everyone very friendly. A varied breakfast buffet. It's a shame that many things (jam, honey, cream cheese) are only available in plastic packaging. The connection to the Hellenstein Aquarena pool is great. Free use of the pool for hotel guests; there is also a great sauna there, but depending on the offer you have to pay for use. In the evening we used the restaurant, and we were very satisfied there too. The rooms are clean, the damp is noticeable in places (bathroom in ground floor room smelled damp), otherwise everything was great. Bathrobes are available for a rental fee. Wonderful for a relaxing weekend, especially for families with children. We would gladly go back.
