Quan Hotel in Hong Kong, this is a small hotel with a high CP value. Although the price has more than tripled during the May Day holiday, the price on weekdays should be very affordable. I recommend everyone that if you want to live in a different area than Tsim Sha Tsui, you can choose to live in this room, because it is only a 7-minute walk from the MTR-Tsuen Wan Station, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs - Chuanyaki Wang, there is also the KOLOR shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, there are 24-hour 7-11 and OK convenience stores nearby, there are also Yinlong Tea Restaurant, McDonald's, there is also a bank ATM downstairs where you can get money, and there is a traditional vegetable market for early risers. It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. If your suitcase is heavy, you will basically move the suitcase Going up and down the stairs is very, very tiring! The advantage is that there is a TV in the hotel room, and there are whole cans of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom that you can use as you please, and the water flow in the shower is also very strong, making it very refreshing to take a shower! Downstairs there is a porridge shop that sells it very late, and I recommend a Chuanyao Wang-Barbecue shop next to the hotel. The food is delicious, the proprietress is kind and friendly, and the music and speakers are often played in the barbecue shop! It tastes so relaxing! Overall, I give ”Hong Kong Tsuen Hotel” a very high evaluation. At least the living functions are convenient and the price is relatively reasonable. If you are a couple staying here, you can go to the hotel counter to buy all kinds of Durex. This is a special service!

When I travel for business I really like the pod type sleeping areas and this is one of them with convenience. Tea kettle included clean bathrooms with a separate spacious stall each for shower and toilet. The manager was so nice. They allowed for me to stay in the same room while I was working online. When I left my key in the lobby the manager found it for me. They are really super in their customer service attention :-)

The location is a bit inconvenient to be fair, needs a fair bit of walking to get to public transport, in the HK heat it may be a problem. But generally the room is clean, place is nice. Honestly no complaints.

RRobin 2024.07.02
The hotel's location was not ideal, situated between an industrial and residential area. However, the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the nearby MTR (subway) station, and was also close to a bus stop, which helped improve the accessibility and transportation options. While the hotel room itself was small, it was tidy and met your expectations in terms of cleanliness. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful during your stay, which you appreciated. Overall, despite the less-than-optimal location, the hotel provided adequate amenities and good service, with the shuttle and public transit options helping to offset the less desirable neighborhood. The clean room and friendly staff contributed to an overall satisfactory hotel experience for you.

HHuangJulia 2024.06.16
Overall we liked the cordis for the location. Right by the MTR and tons of shops and restaurants around it. However the “two bedroom” suite was not even 2 connecting rooms….it probably used to be a one bedroom suite which they turned the living room areas into another bedroom. There was only one bathroom so the four of us had to all take turns using it, and had to be very quiet to not wake each other if those staying in the living room area had to use the bathroom. The space was also super tight—all the furniture oversized and just felt very cramped. Also all four of us would sneeze and have allergic symptoms every time we spent time in the room—have no clue why….my daughter and I don’t typically have allergies so I wonder what was causing it. Not sure I would consider staying here again as a result. Really enjoyed the breakfast though.

Hsin Hsin Building is located next to Mong Kok MTR station, a short walk away. Mong Kok Hotel is on the 11th floor of Hsin Hsin Building. This time I stayed at the Mong Kok Hotel in Hong Kong for four consecutive nights. I booked a single room. The bed in the room was suitable for me and the room was small. Yes, very safe! There is a conversion plug in the room, which is very convenient! I didn’t use the one I brought myself. There is a large water heater outside the room that can provide hot water at any time. I like this better. I don’t like using a kettle. There are various restaurants within a few hundred meters downstairs, including Southeast Asian restaurants, Thai restaurants, and Hong Kong-style restaurants. The prices in tea restaurants are relatively reasonable. I like to go to Satay King for dim sum. I bought it for a morning flight and there is an airport bus stop 100 meters downstairs. It is so convenient. I don’t have to carry my luggage and transfer to the subway. I arrived early and the boss arranged a room for me in advance, which was very nice!

Excellent Hotel! The room was very comfortable and quite spacious. Everything quite clean. The hotel staff was quite friendly. I think it needs a little maintenance, but overall it is very good. The metro/train station is very close. There are many local restaurants in the area where you can eat well. The price-quality ratio is very good. Recommended.

We love the location as it’s very convenient to access anywhere we like. MRT stations are nearby within walking distance. Cleanliness - just average. Service- concierge service is good and friendly. We would like to voice out our concern regarding noise pollution during night time. It was nearly 11pm which was supposed to be rest time for next morning’s work. Upstairs they were dragging tables and chairs non stop and we were told by the manager that the upstairs ballroom had just finished an event and they’re doing cleaning. What a ridiculous answer! Even funnier was that the manager said to go back to him if we were still hearing the noise after 20 min ie about 11:30pm. We couldn’t sleep till even after 12 midnight as the noise was still going on! We were so disappointed as we didn’t expect a 5 star hotel could have such bad service, not even a word of apology!

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

JJanet ChuLocation of hotel was quite convenient because it's easy access to Yaumatei MTR station and Nathan Road. Cleanliness was not up to standard due to old carpets in room caused bad smell once entering the room. Had reported to staff on day one when checked in, but nothing could be done due to other rooms also had the same situations. Some of the counter staff were quite helpful, waiters working in Canteen were nice to clients. Highly recommended menu of breakfast could be revised every week, because long time staying clients would feel boring about the choices. House keeping staff were helpful too! Strongly unsatisfied with the laundry machine on 18/F, due to totally three dryers were not well performed, clothes were still wet even though just put small portion of clothes. After complained to front desk staff, nothing could be improved, they just gave a token to client to dry the clothes again! To waste another 40 minutes for drying again!

GGuest UserNice and clean. Comfortable beds and great breakfast choice. The thing they need to change is the opening times for breakfast. 7am seems late for an airport hotel. We had to quickly eat breakfast in about 20 minutes to get the shuttle. In the U.K., airport hotels start breakfast at 5.30am. Great free shuttle to the airport.

CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following: 1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation; 2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap. Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.

FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it. PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.

RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.

KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression. Pros: Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay. Cons: Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort. Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay. Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements. Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations. Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas. Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests. Value for Money: Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services. Conclusion: The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
