The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. We checked in the hotel the night before our wedding registration day. The receptionist knew I needed late check out as the registration ceremony is at 11am and we won’t be able to make it for the 12 noon check out. She extended the late check out time for us until 4pm. We came back to the hotel and get changed at 3pm then checked out. We can’t thank her enough for the hospitality and understanding. I put all of my family members who visited from overseas at the same hotel. They were very pleased with the hospitality. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

Location quite good, close to MTR and trans etc. Staff in hotel and at breakfast very nice, front desk seemed abrupt. Room, corridors and facilities all clean but very tired - the hotel seems older than it actually is. Rooftop pool was cold but beautiful; fantastic views. What made the difference between mediocre and good for me was the breakfast, which was amazing. A huge range of every kind of food imaginable - Western-style cooked, continental, local food, fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, pastries, rolls. Really impressive and very nice staff in attendance. My room was a bit chilly and I couldn’t get air con to blow warm air so they brought me an electric heater which did the trick. Shower was only lukewarm but I’m sure if I’d called front desk they would have tried to sort it.

The room is cozy, with USB and C ports for charging, so you don't need to bring a plug. The room has a large TV, complete toiletries, and is very clean and hygienic. Convenient transportation and shopping, very close to Exit F of Causeway Bay MTR Station. The service is very good, check in while sitting, and the welcome drinks and snacks are so rich that you can eat and play. The wonton noodles for breakfast are delicious, and the shrimp dumplings, siu mai and smoked salmon are also delicious, rich and exquisite. The downside is that there is no sea view, no large garden, bathtub, swimming pool, etc. It would be nice if there were multiple mirrors in the living room, which some room types have.

reserved a room of half moon. nice view. small box of mooncake was provided as welcoming gift since i checked in on the night of mid-autumn festival. i asked for HDMI cable for my laptop to connect the TV. i was impressed that the receptionist was able to provide technical advice regarding the connection issue. i asked for refilling the drinking water at night. the service was quick and provided within 5mins. great service! everything in the room was good. warm reminder to replace the filter of the air purifier.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

I feel compelled to write this supplemental review because i found out right before checking out that the reason my room was less expensive was not only because i was restricted to a lower floor which I did not mind, but also that the lower floors also meant they had not been renovated and were in notably inferior condition to the renovated floors. I can only say that this leaves bad taste in my mouth that the distinction between lower and upper floors were not made clear in any of the marketing materials that I could see. I suppose its 'buyers beware'!

Excellent customer service - The staffs at Rosedale Hotel always with courtesy smile and willing to help. I carried a bit heavy golf club and luggage to check-out and the cleaning lady immediately helped to bring it to elevator for me from my room. Also the customer service reps are enthusiastic to serve me sitting and waiting taxi in lobby. Amazing!! :-)

Bf’ s birthday , booked here to celebrate with him, hotel stuff is nice and ready a small cake for him , thanks for it. But the most enjoyable thing is the bed’s quality, not too hard and too soft, so comfortable to sleep here And the view in my room is so nice! And the breakfast is also amazing, really feels like I am in Japan The most important thing is no toaster for all kinds of bread , this is not acceptable under a Japanese style hotel.

The view from the room and the buffet breakfast were fantastic at this hotel. However, the service level here was far lower than expected. Check in took 25 minutes and basically only because of the under staffing - there was hardly any guests checking in. There was a quick apology upon check in and that was that. Breakfast staff were ok. Concierge weren’t helpful and lost our jacket. Then checkout was rushed and not complete - no bill just “we will email you”. Service level lets this hotel down - should have stayed at our TST hotel…

This hotel totally deserves the award for 4th top hotel in the world! What a divine place to stay. If I had stayed one night longer, I would have never left. The service is first class with such friendly and attentive attention. I felt very valued as soon as I walked through the door. The food at Salisterra was outstanding, and dinner and breakfast were a special experience. The room was stunning. I loved every moment in that room. All the facilities were clean, tidy and well-maintained. I couldn't fault a single second of my time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience something special. Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice. The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

Later, my companion said that it was much better than the last time he lived in Central... At least I can move around. It's big enough for luggage...it's also spacious...the bathroom is also quite big, and there's nothing wrong with it...I gradually got used to it, after all, space is at a premium...You can actually see movies on the TV📺 that can't be played. The color...hahahahaha😄I just turned on the TV on the last night...I regret it...The transportation is very convenient. I took the bus from the airport🚌...I just walked through a small alley and got there...The name of this building is not Obviously, I asked a few people before I saw it. You can take a look. The red era hotel is in that building... The management staff is not bad. No one else said it. The attitude is bad. I think it is not bad. The deposit is 100. On the last day After the flight in the morning, I stored my luggage and put it on the floor in the corridor. The eldest sister said it was fine and couldn't be thrown away, so we went to play... I came back at 11 o'clock at night and had three hurried meals together. There was a car in the early hours of the night. I looked at the time and rushed to catch the bus to the airport... I arrived at the station on time at 12.06... I caught up and stayed at the airport for one night... 😂 Overall it was good... I will come again next time... I basically come here 3 times a year Last time, I came here during the epidemic. The hotel I stayed in at that time has now doubled several times. I can’t bear to part with it... I recommend everyone to go out to the island... I never leave a comment. I have nothing to do on the subway today... hahaha …

Hotel must have seen better times, I booked late I’m so didn’t feel like got valued for money as everything in Hong Kong was very expensive that weekend but to be honest if you get it for less money it’s a great location and the bed is comfortable. Just be aware it’s a bit tired and make sure you take a lift too to get you to floor 15 as the lack of help on the ground floor was laughable.

The hotel is small, but clean and safe. Only 5 minutes from Times Square. very close. The price of 270 yuan a night is considered cost-effective. The bed is fine for one adult and one child.
