服務特別好哦，入住前管家Simona就給介紹周邊有什麼美食，有什麼好玩的，酒店環境也沒的説，住着特別舒服，酒店的夜景和海景也非常棒，晚上看到滿天繁星，早上在陽台又目睹了一場完美日出，早餐非常豐富，下次到惠州還會選擇艾美酒店。

跨年夜在艾美住了一天。房間很不錯，面積很大，隔音不錯，並且景觀很好。確實是適合度假放鬆的酒店。客户經理Camilla服務也很好，幫忙免費升了高樓層的房間，下次來小徑灣還會住的。👍🏻

房間挺大，裝修風格簡潔舒心，沒發現衞生問題，熱水量大穩定，孩子很喜歡在浴缸泡澡玩水，海景視野開闊，第二天早上還看到了日出（雖然被山擋了一部分），樓下就是沙灘，有酒店安排的淡水沖洗設施，這點很贊。管家Camilla服務很熱情。令人滿意的一次度假。

管家Chency主動聯繫，告知了附近可玩可吃的地方，關鍵還給升級了270°海景房，真的是躺在床上看海，看日出，看煙花，感謝管家的貼心。
