The hotel is rubbish, with loud music at night until 12 o'clock. The worst thing is that the front desk had a bad attitude from the beginning when we left. It took a long time to check out and then they said we stole his hangers. We stayed for two days and didn't even open the closet. How could I come from China to steal your hangers? And they opened the suitcase in front of them to let them see it, with a very arrogant attitude, but they didn't even look! They just wanted us to pay money and insisted that we stole his hangers!!!

Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

This place is amazing. Food, drinks, rooms, entertainment, everything is excellent. The place overall is very clean and the staff will bend over backwards for you. Special shout out to Mahmoud the lifeguard, Mostafa, Nady and Ahmed were particularly good but all th staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing that was annoying was how bad the WiFi was. But that was my only issue, me and my wife had ana amazing time.

The room was lovely, always topped up, staff and entertainment was great, and great hospitality. The night entertainment was great, all interact with you and great drink selection in the evening, can’t really fault the holiday with plenty of cheap trips and shops.

It was a great holiday the hotel is very good Staff is very friendly and lovely , the entertainment was great , especially ahmed was very funny and helpful they made our holiday , the rooms are clean and the decoration was perfect and unique i recommend of course

Such a lovely hotel, had no issues and staff were absolutely lovely. Entertainment was amazing. Activities through the day and brilliant shows at night. Ahmed from the entertainment team was lovely, always smiling and getting people involved. All around good trip!
