The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

Wir waren im Beauty Salon des Hotels und haben mehrere Anwenubgen gemacht. Egal ob Haare färben, stylen, Maniküre, Pediküre sowie die Gesichtsbehandlungen. Es waren alle sehr gut und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr empfehlenswert......

Отдых провела со своей мамой. Поселили в грязный номер далековато от моря. Уборщик постоянно спрашивал как наши дела, но убирался плохо и нас не понимал вообще, когда пытались что-то попросить на этот счет. Еда совсем не соответствует высоким заявкам отеля, все одно и то же, очень жирное, не диетическое, даже питьевая вода была не вкусная. Море мутное, не советую.

yes, where should I start? This was my second stay at this hotel, there is a reason for it and I will happily do it again. The hotel is very large, the beach is great, the food is very tasty (every day and also in almost all 8 à la carte restaurants, where you can eat for free every day with All Inclusive after prior reservation via QR code) . The waiters are all super nice, accommodating and very hardworking, I don't want to mention anyone in particular (except Helene who was always smiling, which was contagious) - everyone does their job really well, including the cleaning team, the gardeners and on the beach, everyone is very reliable and courteous. And the best for last.. I would like to thank the animation, the entire team, for sacrificing their last strength for us every day and working hard to bring us joy, and I would especially like to thank Anastasia (Анастасия ) thank you for your charismatic nature and great work. I can hardly wait to go on vacation to SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort again.

Отдых прошел на высшем уровне. Анимация и развлечения достойные. Кухня и напитки приличные. Если будет возможность обязательно еще раз приедем.номера убирались ежедневно, вода пополнялась,полотенца менялись.Бассейны чистились.
