Hotels Near Qatari Mosque in Hurghada

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful.The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. Thank you to Gerges too and shkran lak to Mostafa Salah for the Arabic lessons. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door

I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone will find something for themselves peace and quiet on the beach by the pool every day different activities. Food very tasty. I would like to single out the wonderful always smiling staff at the burger bar. Finally, wonderful animators. Always smiling and helpful. Every day they tried to make sure that everyone had fun and did not feel embarrassed :) The evening parties were fantastic and I had just as much fun with the whole crew. Special thanks to Tazz- he took great care of us. Mo- Thanks for the super sports activities. Boudy for smiling in the morning. Ilia for taking me out for activities. First of all, we must admit that the hotel has a good all-inclusive meal, and the swimming pool and beach facilities are also very suitable for vacation. On the first day, the hotel refused to check in without receiving confirmation. Under the adjustment of Ctrip, there was no balcony standard room (the original order triple room had a terrace or balcony) and promised to replace the original room type the next day. The stay took 2 hours. Rejecting the extra bed, Ctrip adjusted again, and barely added the mattress after 5 hours. The next day at the front desk, the front desk manager refused to change the room type again. The attitude was extremely bad. I claimed that I had already given you an extra bed. What else do you have to do, and I don’t recognize the order. Once I complain, I will shout and go to your Chinese agent. After checking out, Ctrip Helping the rights to send a photo proof, the hotel still refused to admit that the first night room type does not match Thanks again to Ctrip customer service, nearly 25 calls, from the check-in to check-out, I have been actively contacting, helping the rights, negotiating with the hotel to solve the problem, suggesting Ctrip and honest hotel cooperation

The first thing to say is that the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the airport when the weather is not too hot. This Hotel is exceptional value for money. The room I had was 307 and it was equipped with kitchen, lounge,bedroom and shower room. I found the bed comfortable and the location a short walk from the ***** of shops and restaurants. The jewel of this place is Ahmed. He is helpful, polite and very informative. He arranged two excursions for me and it would have been three had I not have booked one before flying out. I would stay here again. The one thing I found was the Internet was better in reception than my room. Well done to the Ivory Suites team you made my 4 night stay enjoyable.

The hotel is well-equipped and the food and beverages are very satisfactory. The environment of the whole hotel is only two of us who are Chinese. It feels very special. There are many Germans and Russians.

I stayed with a group for a few days and then extended my stay for another day. The price tripled on New Year's Eve. I was exhausted after a day at sea. When I came back for dinner, I was not allowed in. I was told to go back to the room to find the invitation card... The whole New Year's Eve event was not good.

Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning. The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate. Rich breakfast and dinner, hotel decoration is very new, will come back
