"I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!"

"The location is close to the airport, slightly far from the beach, the hotel has a swimming pool, breakfast is average, there is a supermarket opposite, the rooms are big and clean, the only drawback is to go to the living area or the beach, very cost-effective"

"Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people."

"Hotel with the basics, the rooms feel old, especially the air conditioning. It has a kitchenette, plates, glasses, pots, etc. The beach is good for snorkeling, it has a lot of rock, there is a lot of dangerous fauna, such as hedgehogs, we even saw a sea snake. The prices of food in the restaurant and drinks are not cheap, if you are going on an austere plan you better prepare your food. In general, good cost/benefit ratio."

"The hotel is very beautiful, the only thing we didn't like was that the water from the cabin is very cold. They have jacuzzi but they don't warm it, but it is part of the hotel's description as one of its attractions. They have a dam with fish and turtles, but some of the turtles are hurt and don't pay attention."

We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. "The Service was incredible. The waiters and all staff were very friendly. The hotel is chill and it was not very busy during my visit. I always found room next to the pool, or in the beach and at the restaurants."

"Service was above grade. We had to change rooms because our first room had a smelly bathroom, otherwise fine. Food and margaritas were great. Location is excellent and close to a major grocery store."
