Good location, but the hotel itself is not worth of 4 stars, but 2 at most. Poor sound-proof, unclean conmen area

It was ok

The young man who works at the front desk was very kind a friendly. I think he was the best element of this hotel. The hotel room had only one mirror, in the bathroom. It is very noise all night because it’s on very busy road so you hear traffic loudly all night. Also the air conditioning shuts off from perhaps midnight to 6am to save money, the room was hot and stale ….basically I did not sleep good during our 2 nights stay. Was exhausted at check out from lack of good sleep. The free breakfast was good. It’s ok place but not worth the $$$ I paid which was over $350 for 2 nights .

A hotel with a nice location and clean rooms. The staff's good intentions of always greeting at the door are gone, instead of them they are filled with completely different staff who are sullen, threatening and unhelpful. One day we extended the hotel 2 weeks in advance and we reminded them many times every day but the staff downstairs did worse than kicking us out, and said you didn't make a reservation/extension, slandered and lied many times, when he couldn't resist my stubbornness he forced us to extend it one day. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the hotel I come to every year and stay at 2-3 times a year, I'm starting to miss the old staff with a candle. Everything in the minibar was free, now even bottled water has become a fee. The staff on the 6th floor at the breakfast place didn't even put cups on our heads, they were doing their jobs by force.

Great hotel with a top location. Breakfast was perfect view was perfect. Definitely recommended.

I had housekeeping force cleaning. The cleaning woman left without even making the bed, and she did so upon my warning. There is no room service in the evening. I had to go downstairs to order drinks. The staff is not very successful. The location is super.

This hotel is a disaster!!! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel!! Don't let the pictures fool you. The rooms are disgusting, dirty, old and dilapidated. The window in the room has a huge crack, the small balcony door is leaky and there is a draft. The only people staying in this hotel are young people who absolutely cannot behave and don't know how to get any peace at night until 5 a.m. All they hear is loud laughter, screaming and yelling... At 2:45 a.m. local time, I'm writing the reviews on the 4th day, I can't stand it any longer. The hotel doesn't care whether you feel comfortable or not. They are only focused on Café Lulu. What a shame about the money I paid. I can only recommend that you stay away from this hotel and the unpleasant guests!!!!

The coolest thing is the location and the view from the main restaurant. The rooms are shabby and under renovation. Tasty breakfast.

Great location, Top hotel

Very bad experience despite the great location. The maintenance and cleanliness are far from acceptable. The staff is extremely noisy in the hallways, and the windows are not soundproof, so you hear all the noise from the busy street. The room’s parquet was sticky, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the showerhead was leaking. The paint job was incomplete, and there were traces of rust. As for breakfast, while the view is great, there is no self-service, and the dishes are very basic and the same every day. No fruit or juice, just cheese and a hard-boiled egg each day!

One of the best hotel in the concept of sea view in whole istanbul , very clean, staff are amazing , amazing sea view restaurant for breakfast with high quality food , special thanks to Dilek from house keeping, Emir and Fatih from front office , they so helpful and characteristics.
