The location of the hotel is very good. I come back here every time I go on a business trip, but this is my first time staying at this hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a beautiful woman at the front desk. After taking my luggage, I was immediately handed a cup of refreshing lemon tea. The scorching heat made me eager to take a sip. At that time, I could only describe it as ”refreshing”! Including the meticulous care of the lady at the front desk, patient and professional explanation of surrounding attractions and food, free ice cream in the hotel lobby, free fruit, snacks, free breakfast, late night snacks, afternoon tea, and free car wash services on the same day. I also went to enjoy free fitness in the evening. I was satisfied with the overall accommodation and the price was great value. I will definitely choose it again next time I go to Jiaxing!

Opposite is the Nanhu Scenic Area, not too far from the ferry to the lake island, and it is also very nice to walk there to enjoy the scenery; the hotel service staff is enthusiastic and responsive to needs. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a swimming pool as a five-star hotel. It is very close to the Zicheng Ruins Park and the Catholic Church. It is worth recommending

Very clean and new hotel! Hotel breakfast was complete with desserts (mini cakes). We would like to complement the hotel staff team especially Mr 李彬杰! He was very attentive and patient to our needs to make our stay a very pleasant, comfortable and a memorable one! 佳！

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .

Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

It was a very happy trip. I decided to stay in this hotel after careful selection. I was very happy. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very complete. The most beautiful garden design was combined with modern decorations to double the experience. I would like to especially thank the front desk lady for her enthusiastic service and introduction, especially a lady named Gong who was very cute and made the travelers have such a happy journey.

The room is very large, and there is a separate leisure area. Outside the room is a terrace facing the river, where you can make tea and chat. The store service is very attentive. They even took me to the entrance of the scenic spot after 8 o'clock in the evening because they were worried that I would get lost. I was given a late check-out at noon because the high-speed rail shuttle was a bit late.

Because it is a National Day staggered peak, there are not many people and it will not be very crowded. The recent weather is also very suitable for going to the ancient town. I chose the inn for a long time before I finally decided to choose the wrong service after I came here: the butler of the inn is very enthusiastic. I will contact you in advance to send you a good parking place, and will tell you what time you don’t need to buy a ticket. Hygienic: It’s a bit damp. This is unavoidable. There is also a smelly aroma in the toilet. The dehumidification of the air conditioner can be turned on. It is very effective. Every morning, the aunt will come to ask if you need to clean and replenish the daily necessities in the room in time. The bedding and the room are very clean. Like me. Some people with serious cleanliness do not feel uncomfortable living. Environment: The inn is right next to the ticket gate of Wolong Bridge. There is a clear bar next to it. Ruixing. This street is also relatively clean. It will not affect the rest at night. The window of the room is outside the river. Wake up early in the morning and open the window to see the water. There is also a small boat parked by the river. The big tree on the shore is blowing. It just crackled, sitting at the table drinking tea and watching the scenery, time has slowed down Lots of Facilities: umbrellas, toilet water, mosquito coils in the room are all available, Xitang is a place worth visiting. It’s too tired to work. You can find a place to empty yourself. Zebra B&B is a very good choice.
