The Staff made our stay a special one especially in regard to the celebration of my partner’s birthday. I was able to secretly arrange a surprise birthday cake with reception and the housekeeping staff beautifully decorated our room with flowers, balloons and a happy birthday banner which was much appreciated and a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Long Beach Chalet! Our lagoon pavilion room was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. For my girlfriend's birthday, the staff surprised us with a card and decorations in the room, which made her entire day! The resort itself offered a lot. We enjoyed watching the fire dance show on Saturday night, and it was amazing to see hermit crabs scuttling along the beach at sunset. The pool was a great place to chill out and soak up the sun. We also enjoyed renting moterbikes to see what lanta had to offer, as well as visiting the amazing Lanta Animal Welfare charity during our stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There was a huge variety of options, including cereals, juices, fruits, breads, and hot meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. However, a word of caution for vegans like myself, or anyone with allergies: the soy milk they offer contains dairy. Please can I requested that the management label ingredients more clearly and offer a non-dairy milk option, as there currently aren't any plant-based milks available. Also the vegan tofu burger should not automatically come with cheese or an egg based mayo. This is not vegan and can cause some confusion. Despite this minor point, we absolutely loved our stay at Long Beach Chalet. The value was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

Lovely bungalows built up high with a seating area underneath. Nice wooden reception and restaurant with a good menu. They also have a little coffee bar that serves great coffee. Excellent enertainment on the beach on Saturday night with a fire show and decent DJ. The beach is awesome too.

The room is very spacious, with 2 floors. The upper floor is a room, the lower floor is a basement with a mat for sitting and relaxing. This zone is the furthest from the sea, but you can use the resort's golf cart service, free service, and the resort is very attentive to this zone because it is far from other zones. There is a swimming pool specifically for this zone, very private, and very good value for the price of 1,5xx, you get the whole house and the pool, including breakfast buffet. In front of the room, there is also a balcony for sitting and relaxing with a view of the pool. Very good value.

Great hotel, beautiful territory, first line, comfortable sun loungers. The rooms are clean, cozy, you can even call it atmospheric😉. Breakfasts are included, a great variety: European cuisine, Asian, fruits, natural juices, etc. There is their own coffee with amazing desserts. We were out of season and the sea was rough. I highly recommend it!!!

I stayed in the same room type as in 2018, just opposite the one I stayed in before. The attic above the small swimming pool was less than 300 yuan a day during the National Day holiday, and I was quite satisfied with the price. It takes less than five minutes to walk to the beach, and the distance is acceptable. But now the beach is not as clean as before. Before, there were staff who took away the garbage on the beach every day. This time, there was a lot of garbage brought by the sea water, and no one dealt with it. The hotel breakfast was good, and the lunch tasted very ordinary. This time I went to Lanta Island, it felt much quieter than before, but the prices for eating and traveling have increased a lot. Every time I took a tuk-tuk from the hotel to 711 (less than 1km, but it was too hot during the day and too dark at night), I had to bargain from 150 to 60 (two people) (I really don’t know how to bargain, and 60 is my limit). I met a songthaew once, but 50 was enough. Of course, this hotel fully meets my needs of not wanting to do anything and just lying on the beach. There are large blue bath towels in the room that can be brought to the beach lounge chair. The service is pretty good, and they will take the initiative to help carry the luggage to the attic. There was a problem with the lock of our room, probably discovered by the cleaning staff. When we came back from breakfast, the maintenance staff were already fixing it. In addition, if you are not too lazy to leave, the massage in the hotel is not recommended, and the first massage shop on the right hand side of the hotel is even less recommended!

We booked the most expensive sea view room in the first row. It was really beautiful without any obstruction. The room had transparent glass on both sides. Lying in it was like lying on the beach. But the most frustrating thing was that we stayed in room 03. Room 02 was at the construction site of the new room. We could only barely save some noise by turning up the TV volume. We were moved to room 11 the next day. The experience was immediately different. I was a little disappointed that the big swing on the beach was gone. It was turned into a small hammock that could not accommodate people. This is a non-Muslim hotel. There is pork for breakfast. I will come again.

I am very impressed. The staff are very nice and polite, น้อง Belz and น้อง Aum at the breakfast service greet and look after the guests very well and are always very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is freshly prepared and is delicious. The chambermaids น้อง Apple and น้อง Ma in particular cleaned the room very clean every day and surprised us with cute animal shapes folded out of towels. A very important person for me is คุณย่า. She is very sweet, nice and friendly. I gained a lot of knowledge from talking to her. When we drove back, she personally took us to the taxi and also gave us a gift to eat on the way. Gorgeous. Nothing to say. Attentive staff, magnificent room with sea view. Good bonus breakfast with Nutella! The gardens are very well maintained. The swimming pool and the beach are perfect for enjoying your vacation! Only downside: We came in low season, and we asked the hotel to organize a transfer for us to a nearby island. unfortunately it was quite expensive, I think the hotel is making a good profit. I think it is better to book by other means

The green environment of the hotel is very good. The sunset on the long beach is super beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable and suitable for check-in. The location of the hotel is very good. It is strongly recommended to book a room in the first row. It feels great to go out to the sea, and the hotel is relatively clean, but you must rent a motorcycle, otherwise it is still a long way to get in and out of the hotel.
