The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

We have just returned from a week at the Kosea. On arrival we were given our room, which was a good size however it was facing a wall & a giant extractor fan tube with bims below, we asked at reception about moving & were told speak to the day time manager, she might be able to upgrade us. We spoke to her the following morning & we found her to be rude she was offended we wanted to downgrade our room, she never quite made eye contact again. We moved to the bottom floor the room was great. The pool area is very clean, but has no atmosphere at all its silent! Maybe a little music would create an atmosphere. Its a 10 minute walk to the harbour & the square where there are plenty of lovely resturants & bars. We took a boat trip on the Christina that was amazing not packed full so everyone had space, Jacksons beach bar is fab in Lambi about a 30 minute walk from the hotel as is Ammos beach bar we went there on bikes its a 20 minute cycle ride.

Came back in first week in August from this amazing family run hotel . They can’t do enough for you . Breakfast is basic but it’s enough . The area has little around it . Jim’s shop over the road has all essentials you need . Hotel serve lunch but if you’re not a big eater share meals and that’s everywhere as they are really big portions .. it’s short walk to be beach which is lovely but would advise swim shoes as stoney . From the main road turn right and a short walk you come to antionos this was by far the best place to eat other places nice but this definitely the best . Service amazing and all food was really tasty. I was in a group of 9 and we all agreed . We ate lunch and dinner there and views amazing . I wouldn’t say much to do for older kids unless was in to water sports . We walked about half hour to get to the main restaurant and shops but was 3 shops nothing major . The bus to the water later is really handy as outside hotel on the main road bit takes 40 mins worth it as kids loved it . I would return but without kids . Hotel was really clean and very well run nothing to complain about at all we did really enjoy being there
Kipriotis Maris Suites

I recently stayed at Kipriotis Maris Suites, and overall, it was a great holiday experience. The hotel has a lot to offer, especially in terms of hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located a bit far from the town center, which can be a downside if you're looking to explore the local area more easily. However, the town itself is beautiful, offering fantastic views and charming streets. It's definitely worth the visit, even if getting there requires a bit of effort. As for the hotel facilities, the food was somewhat limited in variety. While what was available was decent, I would have appreciated a broader selection of dishes, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the beach near the hotel is quite rocky, which might not be ideal for everyone. If you're hoping for a soft sandy beach, you may be a little disappointed. One aspect that could be improved is the lack of pool activities. While the pool area is well-maintained, there weren’t many activities or entertainment options to keep guests engaged during the day. Despite these minor issues, I still had a wonderful time at Kipriotis Maris Suites. The friendly staff and the overall relaxed atmosphere made it a memorable holiday. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service, this hotel is a solid choice.

I don't even know where to start because this hotel is not just any hotel, this hotel is out of this world, it's beautiful, outstanding and if i could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are a credit to this hotel. We came august 2014 for our honeymoon and vowed to return on our 10 year wedding anniversary and that we did. wow what a place. We had the most amazing week and are sad to be back home. We stayed from 7th August until 14th. 10 years ago this hotel was amazing and 10 years on its even more amazing, we stayed all inclusive in room 422 which had a view of the main pool out of the front door and a view of the sea and of the Adults only pool from the balcony, I did email the hotel with a sea or pool view request and they definitely lived up to the request, I never expected both. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottles of water added everyday. The room was clean and had a homely feel about it. Food, wow, the food is sensational, so much effort goes into each and every dish. The Greek gyros are beautiful, made fresh infront of you. The lovely lady Kaliopi, who works in the main restaurant is such a breath of fresh air, her smile is beautiful, she is so welcoming and always going that extra mile to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Adults only bar area near reception is beautiful the night entertainment made it feel so special and the older bar man, the man utd fan, was so lovely and always went out his way to say ”alright mate” in his yorkshire accent to my husband. He was always so happy. We went down to the entertainment on 2 occasions and thought it was really good. We hired a car to visit paradise beach and we went to zia at sunset, I don't know what the hype is I preferred the sunset at the pelegos private beach. We got some amazing photos. We spent most of our pool days around the Adults only pool, we are mum and dad to 6 children so this break was definitely needed, it was so nice and relaxing. I do not have any negatives to say about this hotel because it was perfect in every single way. We have stayed in 3 4 and 5 star hotels and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Thankyou so much for an amazing week. Memories we will cherish forever. See you again soon Leia & Jonny
Horizon Beach Resort

A wonderful place, even though it's large, it is well-structured and well-distributed. People do not all gather in the same spot, thanks to the five pools, the beach, and the entire island to explore, they easily spread out. We were in a sea-facing room, and hearing the sound of the sea as soon as we woke up was something wonderful, not to mention the sunsets and the view. Something unique. All the services are flawless, from the always varied buffet, to the staff always attentive to restocking the buffet to ensure nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness. Everything is clean and well-maintained. I could go on writing a poem of positivity; everything was 100% impeccable and perfect, nothing to complain about.
