Hotel don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush.
Next door fellow is noisy even during middle of the at night.
Hotel has good view overlooking the mountain.
Not easy to book Grab taxi back, as difficult to locate hotel.
I have asked locals to help, they also face the same problem.

Room was great. The room is clean. However would be perfect is the hotel can consider putting up a portrait on the glass of the bathroom. It is too translucent when showering inside.

Good location, near Lotus, Big C, not far from the city and airport
I had a small child with me and booked the wrong room. I booked a twin bed and asked to change to a single bed. The front desk staff changed the room to a single bed.
The room was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was an elevator, suitable for people with a lot of luggage. There was a swimming pool and a pool for children.
If I go to Krabi, I will definitely stay here again.

The worst hotel experience I had in Thailand. The hotel service is too bad. In addition to this they don’t provide phone inside the room, for every complaints and needs you need to go out of your room. We had wi-fi issue, I had to go out multiple times to call them but still issue didn’t resolved. Also, the reception team is not well behaved for any complaints. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel!
