Staying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.

Hotel is newly opened. Booked the family room with 2x double bed for 1 night stay on 24 Jun 2022 without much expectation for the price. However was wow-ed by the overall experience. So much that I immediately made another booking for family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for 25-26 Jun. What can I said? Great location, kota Raya shopping centre is right below, with a 24-hours Texas Chicken outlet (it doesn’t seems to be 24 hours during our stay tho), petaling street is right across the road, the famous Lala Bee Hoon is a mere 2-3 mins walk to the right of the hotel, between 2 mrt n lrt station, 3-5 mins walk to sental market, guardian, Watson and big pharmacy are a street away, nice clean and very spacious room, stayed in both the family room with 2x double beds and 1 double bed with 2 single beds. The former is better although smaller as there are rack for us to hang our clothes n towels while the latter room does not have any where we can hang our clothes n towels except in the toilets. Desk staff - especially the cute day guy is very friendly and nice. They are an asset to the hotel. Could see the effort by the management in the hotel. The shampoo n shower cream provided also smell great although they don’t really lather as well. Parking is convenient and safe compared to other hotels at the same price range. There is plenty of parking with a security guy to watch over the cars at night. However, parking cost rm10 One thing - the toilet are frosted panel instead of wall, so be mindful not to stand too near the “walls” and door of the toilet if not staying with significant others or close family.

Service: The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Facilities: The hotel had excellent facilities, including spacious, well-appointed rooms, a relaxing pool area, and a well-equipped fitness center. Food: The food was delicious, with a diverse breakfast buffet and memorable dining experiences at the Colonial Café and Orchid Conservatory. Overall: A fantastic stay with top-notch service, luxurious facilities, and great food. Highly recommended!

_3/5 stars_ I recently spent 2 nights at the Bejaya Time Hotel, and while the stay was comfortable, the room allocation was a letdown. We had booked a Superior room with a king bed, but were assigned a Queen room instead. When I brought this to the reception's attention, I was told that it was ”subject to availability” and that the Queen room was actually an ”upgrade” to a Deluxe room. I found this response tone-deaf and unhelpful. The hotel's location is convenient, with Sugai Wang shopping mall just across the road. However, the room itself was small, and the Queen-sized bed was a challenge for my husband, who is 1.8m tall. His feet dangled off the bed, which was quite amusing but not ideal. Overall, while the hotel has its positives, the room allocation mishap and the reception's response left a sour taste. We won't be choosing this hotel again. _Pros:_ Convenient location, comfortable stay _Cons:_ Room allocation issue, small room, poor customer service response

This is a practical ”budget” Malaysian Chinese hotel with no frills (only the essentials) located on the main nerve in Chinatown... Jalan Sultan. But don't let the online price fool you. The hotel management has standards. There is a friendly guy from Burma making sugar cane juice (air tebu) right in front of the hotel. I've been his customer for 2 years. Up/down the street and in the alleys are local style kopi shops, char siew + siew yoke stalls, wan tan mee production, Ray's Power Corner, plenty of vendors selling almost everything imaginable and places to eat. One place you must try EVERYDAY!! is Coco's Mee Tarik Jalan Sultan at the end of the road (Chinese Halal). One thing I get at Hotel Nan Yeang that I do not get at other hotels for the same price: a spacious balcony with a spectacular view of Warison Merdeka 118. So the room doesn't feel like a box. I walk out onto the balcony and see the newly built skyscraper upfront, close and personal. I don't know if this is a building or a rocket or a spaceship with lasers. That is how many features this structure has!! The two managers on staff are too lovely women, Ms. Chong❤️ and Ms. Eng❤️ who oversee the operations of the hotel. They make sure that the air conditioning units in the rooms are cleaned regularly. And they keep up with painting the rooms and corridors. Speaking of housekeeping... it is good enough... nice women from Indonesia... but they could do a more thorough job. A deeper clean. I've been here long enough to see the types of customers that check-in and how dirty they leave the rooms. I've never seen anything like it in the civilized world. A developing country is still considered civilized. Lastly, the front desk staff is very warm and friendly (and they put up with me which is a bonus) What more could you ask for?? ⭐️⭐️⭐️THE BEST BUDGET 2 STAR HOTEL THAT I HAVE FOUND TO DATE. I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY HERE FOR 5 MONTHS ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived a little earlier before check in time and the front desk allowed us to check in earlier. Hotel room was clean and housekeeping was done daily. Breakfast buffet was standard quality and had a live eggs station. Location of hotel is good with lots of food around but transport via ride hailing or taxis may take longer due to traffic jam. Walking distance to the train station for public transport. Recommend to stay.

Very recommended residence. Room are very clean. Full with facilities. Coomplete got washing machine. 2 aircond. Microvave. Bed has 1 queen and 1 single. Also got extra bed. Price are reasonable maybe because weekday. Th pool also got nice view and kids pool. Will repeat stay here again. Sorry no photos.

Good clean room, with great view! There was a lot of people in the lobby when we came, but we only waited less than 10 minutes to check in because there was an efficient number system. I read a lot of reviews about the lift situation, but we actually went down quite a number of times just to go out and eat, or grab something from grab, & the lift process was quite smooth. All in all, a great stay.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

I love the room spacious and clean. Aircond is cold. The bathtub is okay. Location wise is quite far from the city centre but depends on people's preference, for me i enjoyed the quietness far from KL hectic traffic. The view is nice, we got the Istana Negara view with the background of the 4 skyscrapers although it's a bit far but okay with the low price compared to other similar hotel😅 the breakfast buffet was awesome. We loved the Nasi Lemak and Miso Soup! I mean which hotel served miso soup like this one 😍 unfortunately no free parking. Only a flat rate of rm3.50 plus per day. Need to validate the tng 1st before going out. The only negative side is the hairdryer, ive requested to replace but the guy returned with the same hairdryer. A bit disappointed but nvm. Overall i loved our time here!
