The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!  

Stayed 1 night on 24 August 2024 in a superior twin room with breakfast. Arrived about 2pm and was told check in time was 3pm and no room was available. However, when l went up to room floor, l didn't see any housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms. If you stay for more than 2 nights, this hotel doesn't do any cleaning service (see attached picture) Please skip the breakfast as it was horrible with just fried noodles, rice, sausages, eggs, toast and diluted cordial drinks and milk. Ask for rooms facing the main road to avoid the trains passing sound.

Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us. We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs. We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time. Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining options. The nearby public transport made getting around the city a breeze.

The apartment is large, its a modern apartment, very easy to get around. There is fews Shopping center nearby not only KLCC. You can go to bukit bintang area by monorail, its super easy and the station just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and you can reach Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square and etc. They prepared some daily basic need like towel, toothbrush and shower gel/ hair shampoo. The staff is helpful and provide us very clear instructions about check in and check out. The view from the unit is beautiful. Overall, I can recommend it.

The room was big and beds were xomfortable. We enjoyed the shower as well. The room was mostly clean, but there were stains on bed. I asked staff to clean it, but they forgot?

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own ...The rest inside the room was OK Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all Photo is the view from Level 40

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
