Hotels Near Nagaminekomine Park in Kumamoto

I stayed at the introduction of an acquaintance. It is very clean because it has just opened this summer. Security is also safe because the elevator does not move without the key to the room. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Kumamoto Jo castle from my room, but there was a table and chair on the rooftop, and I was able to enjoy Kumamoto Jo castle at night. The room is equipped with a lot of outlets and ＵＳＢ, and it is not troubled by charging mobile phones. The clothes in the building were unique. Laughs. It became a memory of the trip. The front desk was also kind.

2023年11月に２泊しました。熊本駅から市電で15分（￥180）、空港バスで特快で40分（交通事情で差異あり、￥1,000）でした。いずれも通町筋で下車。新規開業されたばかりで、建物もきれいでホテル下は飲食店街になります。ホテル界隈にも多数の飲食店が軒を連ねています。３Fにレセプションがあって、アメニティはそこで自由にとります（歯ブラシ、ひげそり、ブラシ等）。貸しパジャマ￥200と有料ですが、とてもリーズナブルなホテルと感じました。連泊の場合はタオルのみの交換です。朝食は時間がなく利用せず、１Fの焼き立てパンを利用しました。また横にテラスがあり、写真の通り熊本城が一望できます。部屋はタイプが８種類あるそうで、今回は靴を脱いでフローリングの１Kみたいな部屋でした。デスクワークにも向いており、Wifi環境にも問題ありません。もちろんバストイレはセパレートです。お湯の出具合、バスタブの排水も問題なしです。ベッドは畳の上に布団が敷かれており、寝心地も抜群です。面白いのは玄関入ってすぐに洗面所がある点です。隣に鶴屋（百貨店）があり、お土産各種、食材調達にも不便は感じませんでした。熊本へお出かけの際はお薦めできるホテルです。

Location is unbeatable and it’s great I can park the car in the hotel with very reasonable charge. As a gentle note, hotel car park only accept cash on the ground level. The onsen is really good and open till mid night, which is great. The room is comfortable and clean.

The open-air bath can hear the sound of the car because it is all over the city, but there is a cherry blossom and it is not visible from the surroundings, and the curtain for completely blocking is also installed, so if you are concerned, you can use it. The water was clean and easy to use. The outlet is hardly close to the floor, under the TV, under the bed, the bathroom and the air cleaner. If the charging cable is short, the tablet will be charged at the bed. If the charging cable is long, you can extend it from the TV and put the tablet on the tatami mats to charge. It was because it was a room near the coin laundry on the 3 floor, and I heard the sound of the washing machine. However, I was able to spend it without worrying about it. It is also convenient that the next door is seven eleven. I didn't use breakfast buffet because of corona. The hotel receptionist is a sister in a T-shirt, and there is no atmosphere called ”Hotel Man”, but I was able to check in and check out smoothly, and there is no rudeness. It was a very good hotel with location, newness and cleanliness.

This hotel was not smooth from the time of check-in. When I tried to enter the hotel tower parking lot by car rental, a taxi was parked in front of the hotel and I couldn't enter it. When I stop at the side of the taxi, the taxi driver came down and said, ”I don't put it because it is a taxi stand here.” What is the matter with the hotel guests who can't get a car in front of the hotel? When my wife asked me to go to the front desk, the tower parking lot is not currently used, so I asked you to park at １ 900 yen per night in the affiliated parking lot away. The display of the tower parking lot is ”full car”, but it is said that ”not full car” but ”not used”. Stop the car in the affiliated three-dimensional parking lot, pull the suitcase around 200 ｍ, and finally check in. The room was a corner room on the top floor. It was a little spacious room. The entrance is divided into toilets on the left hand, toilets and baths on the right hand, ２. It is good to be divided, but each door is not a sliding door, but it is not easy to use because it interferes. And, when entering the room from the passage, the whole room is dog legged to the right (the state spreading next to the right), so the cold air from the air conditioning blowout does not go to the right back It was cold in front of me and the back of the right was hot. Breakfast will be eaten at a tavern called ”miscellaneous fish shop” in B1. It was Japanese food without saying whether or not. Tokyu Hotels are familiar and use in various cities, but it is subtle whether to choose this next time you stay in Kumamoto.

Near the historic site but not so near to the JR station. It was a rainy day so we had some trouble moving our luggage to the JR station. The hotel itself is good. Rooms are not big but its good enough. Onsen was very crowded after dinner but there were lovely treats prepared for us.

Noise Issues: Some guests have reported noise disturbances from neighboring rooms or outside the hotel, which can disrupt sleep and relaxation. 2. Slow Wi-Fi: The hotel's internet connection can be slow and unreliable at times, making it inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable internet connection. 3. Maintenance Problems: A few guests have experienced issues with maintenance, such as malfunctioning air conditioning or plumbing problems, which can affect their overall experience. 4. It is 2 ～ 3 minutes walk from JR Kumamoto Station, so transportation is good. More than a month ago, I called the hotel directly and booked a comfort single. However, the hotel homepage only stated that it was the East Building. When I went there, it was a 2F room that walked through the outer corridor without partitions. If it was raining, it would get completely wet. On the day, the wind was blowing and the cold was so bad. Was the East Building a former condominium or employee dormitory? The East Building should be stated on the hotel homepage, etc. that it is an outer corridor without a partition (rain and wind blows). In addition, the room is divided into two rooms from the middle of one room, which was an apartment or employee dormitory. You take off your shoes at the entrance and enter the room. The window of the room, the part where the TV is placed is not lighted, and it feels very dark. Isn't this part also necessary for lighting? The breakfast venue and the large communal bath are both located in 1F. The large communal bath is available at 15:00 ～. There is only a washroom at ６. In the morning, you can take a bath from 05:00AM. The breakfast venue is available at 06:30 ～ and a local dish from the Kyushu area is served every morning. (11/10 was Somen Champur in Okinawa) Also, the dessert was 11/10 was yogurt, but 11/11 was coffee jelly. I found out that various ideas were devised.

This hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Kumamoto station. From the JR bstation exit it is on the left, just beside the Bic Camera store next. There is also a streetcar/tram stop so near the hotel which you can use to explore the city touristy spots! Shopping is convenient as the Kumamoto AMU Plaza (see another Review) is 5-mins walk away. The lobby is quite spacious and I quite like the intimate setting and lighting. Check-in was fast and 3 lifts serve well with travellers + luggages. The room design is quite standard and we have requested for x2 single bed, the room size is respectable. Noted that they're still using the physical hard key and not the keycard type. Hottel provided some amenities and complimentary bottled water in the room, sufficient for us . The Hotel is very into Going Green, there will be no housekeeping within first 3-days unless requested upon. This may likely be the model moving forward, to cut wastages. We had our breakfast at the nearby Pronto. The Kitaoka Shrine is just about 400 metres nearby, opposite direction of JR station so we recommend to drop by if time permits. A good stay experience. J

I stayed ２ at the end of the year. It was my first stay, but I wanted to relax and stay again. The hotel is over ９ floor, but the glass is often used and the view is bright everywhere. The building is a corridor style, overlooking the garden and chapel on the ９ floor, but it is lit up at night and this is beautiful again. The rooms are a bit vertical, but I was able to spend calmly. I liked my wife very much. The public bath is also like a fashionable and splendid hot spring hotel. Maybe more. There was a drum coin laundry next to the entrance of the public bath, and it was convenient for consecutive nights. Breakfast was a buffet, but the buffet on New Year's Day is a great word. When I arrived at the entrance with the service of the soup and arrived at the seat, the miscellaneous boiling was carried first. The soup was very delicious. In addition to the usual buffet, there were special dishes for New Year's Day, but there were many fresh sashimi, kazukono, shrimp, etc. There was red rice in rice. All were delicious and ate a lot. I went by car, but I went directly from the underground parking lot to the front floor and the parking fee was very good. Moreover, I think it is the best value for money in a hotel in Kumamoto City with a 24-hour parking setting. My wife started saving money because she wanted to go to the end of this year.
