Who knew that when we arrived at the store, we were given a reverse upgrade, and the room we booked was upgraded to a cheaper room type, saying that the room type we originally booked was a little more expensive because of a package, so we were "upgraded". Well, I thought that if you said there were multiple packages, then there would be multiple packages. I don't want to care so much when I go out. Before we went out, the front desk said that the package would be delivered to our room in a while. As a result, we returned to the room after ten o'clock, and there was nothing. We went down to ask the front desk again. At this time, the shift was changed, and the front desk on duty didn't even know about this matter. There was no handover at all. It was really annoying. Does that mean that if we don't ask, these things will not be delivered? Before that, they said that our room price was expensive because there was an extra package, and they didn't deliver it to us in time. This service attitude is really 666. There is no hot water in the wash basin in the room. It can't even get hot water in the middle of winter. There is also a bathtub. I said I wanted to take a bath, but the faucet was running for an hour and it was not even 1/3 full. It really doesn't compare to the feeling when I first moved in. It's so disappointing. There is also a parking fee of 30 yuan in the parking lot. If you stay in a hotel here, you have to pay for parking. Please pay attention to it if you want to stay here in the future. With the current service attitude and facilities, I will never go there again.
